Interior Design Director

We’re currently looking for a Interior Design Director.



Responsibilities


- Programming, Planning, and understanding of the clients needs.
- Research
- Create inspirational mood boards.
- Create Design concepts.
- Help in the design process from the strategy to the handout.
- Contact suppliers and manage budgets.
- Drawing 2d and 3d technical details
- Updating Floor Plans
- Sketchup drawings
- Client and team communication
- Timeliness and construction monitoring.
- Site visits
- Learning a PM program and sharing information with the team
- Lead the Team of Interior Designers.
- Work together with the other directors of the architecture area.



Requirements:


- Graduated in Architecture and/or Interior Design
- More than 10 years of experience in similar positions.
- Knowledge in architectural visualization
- Good eye for composition and interior design
- Good working knowledge of architecture programs: 3D Max / Autocad / SketchUp
- Fluent in English


Knowledge of the following programs is a plus :
Corona Render / Photoshop / Illustrator / Other 3D Design programs
