Description
Key points and objectives of the position
• The Customer Service interface between MPC and retailers.
• To agree on the targets and action plans with retailers and are responsible for the target achievement
• To assign MPC experts according to retailers’ action plan.
Description of tasks
Ø Retail Business planning and controlling
Ø Implement and execute CS strategy projects
Ø Steer and support CS relevant measures
Ø Consulting, supporting and monitoring of dealers in achieving targets
• Market Support
Ø Formulation of marketing measures and activities
Ø Implementation and support of marketing measures at retail
Ø Gathering of market requirements and information
Qualifications
Experience
• Minimum 5 years working experience in automotive industry. Technical background is a plus.
• Familiar with computer or programing skill.
• Fluent English and Chinese in both written and oral communication.

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proactive & be able to apply the necessary initiative where required
• Result orientation and is willing to take challenges and drive changes
