Description

Manage monthly & quarterly sales volume strategy in line with HQ strategy, customer demand, vehicle supply and market analysis.

Develop dealer target steering strategy and simulate dealer performance align with MBK’s annual sales ambition.

Execute market communication effectively and transparently in a strategical approach for achieving sales goals (Qualitatively/Quantitatively)

Integrate and enhance Sales related systems for the sales processes optimization in preparation of RoF (Retail of Future : Direct sales)

•Define annual & quarter retail sales strategy to focus on considering production pipeline, launching plan, life cycle, seasonality, market competition, stock situation

•Analyze actual sales data to see market trend, MB PC products’ competitiveness and reflect it to the retail sales volume planning and strategy development.

•Monitor automotive market/regulation and competitors’ product line up for MBK to cope with the Korea automotive market promptly.

1) Monthly retail sales forecast by type class in consideration of sales/market trend, MBK stock availability and homologation schedule.

2) Balance each type class’ sales plan to be aligned with agreed MAD plan through the year.

3) Provide retail trend information for KUFRI planning.

2. Dealer sales target and Dealer performance bonus scheme management

• Develop a retail strategy to meet MBK’s target achievement with right product mix for HQ’s efficient productivity.

• Prepare and propose annual Dealer Performance Bonus Scheme

1)Analyze HQ guideline and compare with existing Dealer Performance Bonus Scheme

2)Communicate with stakeholders and prepare a proposal

3)Prepare for cascading the approved Dealer Performance Bonus Scheme to dealers

•Prepare and lead annual Dealer Target Agreement

1)Analyze agreed MBBP target along with model mix and target focusing area

2)Develop an internal target picture for dealers and communicate with stake holders

3)Prepare for TA template and informative material for dealers to prepare

4)Analyze the submitted TA from dealers and adjust them as continuously communicating with dealers and fix TA

5)Adjust target as and when necessary

•Develop dealer operational excellence score card scheme under sales area

• Deliver the dealer information effectively and transparently in a strategical approach

• Develop the dealer communication materials for the regular dealer meeting platform considering the latest market situation for the dealer steering and information sharing

• Make an alignment on various dealer communication packages under our aiming business strategy

•Identify weakness or enhancement point in current sales process in preparation of RoF

•Based on the findings, lead or participate on discussion proactively.

•Communicate with dealers for the change and their feedback for better business circumstances after RoF Go-live.

•Set up a training/information sharing session with dealers for the sales process, sales system and changes

•Initiative and develop dealer standard & retail policy under sales area

Qualifications

Education

Experience

Minimum 3 years of work experience in business area

At least 3 years in automotive sales experience

Specific knowledge

Good knowledge and understanding of automotive industry, brands and products in the market

Excellent and broad analytical skills in the area of automotive analysis and forecasting

Overall understanding of MBK’s / dealers’ business processes and knowledge/experience of optimized business procedures

Outstanding communication skill and problem-solving skill based on logical approach, and project management skill
