Como Customer Insights Analyst, desempeñarás un papel clave en el análisis de métricas de clientes como NPS, churn y LTV, generando insights accionables que mejoren la retención, fortalezcan la lealtad de los clientes e impulsen un crecimiento sostenible de los ingresos. La posición se desarrollará bajo un modelo de trabajo flexible, con presencia en nuestra oficina.
**Las responsabilidades pueden incluir las siguientes y otras que puedan ser asignadas:**
+ Consolidar e integrar datos de clientes provenientes de múltiples fuentes, garantizando la calidad, consistencia y gobernanza de los datos.
+ Analizar el comportamiento de los clientes, los factores que impulsan la satisfacción y las causas raíz de la deserción (churn) mediante métodos de investigación cuantitativos y cualitativos.
+ Realizar segmentación de clientes, análisis de correlación y análisis de retroalimentación para generar insights accionables.
+ Monitorear y reportar indicadores clave de experiencia del cliente (KPIs), incluyendo NPS, churn, retención, LTV y tiempo de resolución.
+ Desarrollar y mantener dashboards ejecutivos y operativos para apoyar el seguimiento del desempeño y la toma de decisiones.
+ Gestionar y fortalecer programas de Voz del Cliente (VoC), transformando los comentarios de los clientes en oportunidades de mejora medibles.
+ Convertir datos complejos en recomendaciones de negocio claras y presentaciones impactantes para las partes interesadas.
+ Apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas mediante la priorización de iniciativas según su impacto y viabilidad.
+ Diseñar, ejecutar y evaluar pruebas A/B e iniciativas de mejora del customer journey para medir resultados de experiencia del cliente.
+ Colaborar de manera transversal con los equipos de Producto, Marketing, Operaciones y Tecnología para impulsar decisiones centradas en el cliente a través del análisis de datos.
**Conocimientos y experiencia requeridos**
+ Título universitario completo.
+ Dominio fluido del español, tanto oral como escrito.
+ Nivel avanzado de inglés.
+ Sólidas habilidades de análisis de datos, incluyendo Excel/Google Sheets avanzado, SQL y herramientas de BI como Power BI o Tableau.
+ Conocimiento sólido de métricas de Experiencia del Cliente (CX), incluyendo NPS, CSAT, CES, churn, retención y valor del ciclo de vida del cliente (LTV).
+ Conocimientos de conceptos estadísticos y técnicas de análisis cuantitativo para identificar tendencias, patrones y oportunidades de negocio.

**Las responsabilidades pueden incluir las siguientes y se pueden asignar otras tareas:**
+ Supervisa el desarrollo y mantenimiento de programas, sistemas, procesos y procedimientos de calidad que garanticen el cumplimiento de las políticas y que el desempeño y la calidad de los servicios se ajusten a las normas y directrices internas y externas establecidas.
+ Aporta su experiencia y orientación en la interpretación de políticas, normativas regulatorias y/o gubernamentales, y reglamentos internos para garantizar el cumplimiento.
+ Trabaja directamente con las entidades operativas para supervisar de manera continua los análisis de procesos, con el fin de hacer cumplir los requisitos y cumplir con las regulaciones.
+ Lidera la preparación de auditorías e inspecciones, la resolución de los hallazgos de auditorías e inspecciones, y actúa como enlace con los grupos de auditoría y los inspectores durante todas las etapas de las auditorías.
+ Elabora informes y/o la documentación necesaria (por ejemplo, acciones correctivas y preventivas) y los entrega a las partes interesadas pertinentes, tanto internas como externas.
+ Coordina las solicitudes legales en apoyo de investigaciones gubernamentales o litigios.
+ Garantiza que los programas y políticas de aseguramiento de la calidad se mantengan y modifiquen periódicamente.
+ Facilita la aplicación de estándares uniformes en todo el mundo y permite el intercambio de mejores prácticas, fomentando así el cumplimiento de la misión de la empresa a nivel global.
**Conocimientos y experiencia requeridos:**
+ Carrera universitaria en un área relacionada con salud, tales como Químico Farmacéutico, Farmacia, Bioquímica, Ciencias Biomédicas, Ingeniería Biomédica, Ingeniería u otras disciplinas afines.
+ Al menos dos años de experiencia en participando en auditorías internas, externas e inspecciones regulatorias, incluyendo preparación, seguimiento y cierre de hallazgos
+ Conocimiento de los requisitos regulatorios del sector salud en Chile, particularmente aquellos aplicables por el Instituto de Salud Pública (ISP).
+ Conocimiento de estándares y marcos de calidad tales como ISO 13485, Good Distribution Practices (GDP) u otros sistemas de gestión de calidad aplicables
+ Experiencia apoyando procesos de calidad dentro de entornos de distribución, almacén, logística o cadena e suministro es altamente deseable.
+ Ingles Avanzado (capacidad para interactuar con equipos globales de forma oral y escrita)

**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Support the execution of innovation initiatives, including innovation challenges, workshops, discovery sessions, bootcamps, intrapreneurship programs, and project follow-up activities
+ Provide methodological support to project teams in the use of innovation tools, frameworks, and templates
+ Track initiatives, milestones, owners, risks, progress, and expected outcomes
+ Support the preparation of presentations, reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and executive materials
+ Assist in the initial structuring of opportunities through problem statements, hypotheses, experimentation plans, project briefs, and initial inputs for business cases
+ Support the execution and monitoring of innovation POCs, MVPs, and pilot projects
+ Support ecosystem scouting and mapping activities, including startups, universities, innovation hubs, technology partners, and healthtech solutions
+ Contribute to the development of an innovation culture through support in communications, storytelling, knowledge management, and engagement activities
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Two years of experience in project management, business analysis, innovation, digital transformation, consulting, startups, product development
+ Strong organizational, follow-up, and documentation skills
+ Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders in a dynamic regional environment
+ Basic knowledge of innovation methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile, Discovery, MVPs, or project management
+ Analytical thinking and the ability to structure information clearly
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
+ Fluent Spanish. Intermediate to advanced English
