Benefits Specialist - LATAM
Location: Buenos Aires, ArgentinaWork Model: Full-time, 100% office-based (fully presencial)
Position Summary
The Benefits Specialist will be responsible for the administration and support of employee benefits programs across Latin America (LATAM), with a primary focus on Argentina and support for other countries in the region as applicable. This role partners closely with employees, vendors, HR Operations, Payroll, and the Global Benefits team to deliver an outstanding employee experience, ensure compliance with local legislation, and support the effective management of health, wellness, retirement, leave, and other benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
+ Administer and support employee benefits programs across LATAM, including health insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, leave programs, and other employee benefits.
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, providing guidance and resolution in a timely and professional manner.
+ Partner with the Benefits Manager and HR teams to resolve complex benefits issues and improve processes.
+ Manage relationships with external benefits providers, brokers, and vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.
+ Support the administration of disability, leave of absence, and employee wellness programs in accordance with local legislation and company policies.
+ Coordinate benefits-related communications, educational materials, webinars, and employee information sessions.
+ Assist with annual benefits renewals, enrollment activities, and implementation of benefit changes throughout the year.
+ Collaborate with Payroll and HR Operations teams to ensure benefits deductions, leave payments, and employee records are accurately processed.
+ Ensure compliance with local labor laws, social security regulations, tax requirements, and mandatory benefits programs across LATAM countries.
+ Support audits, regulatory reporting, and benefits documentation requirements.
+ Maintain accurate benefits data within Workday or other HRIS/benefits administration systems.
+ Analyze benefits trends, employee feedback, and utilization data to recommend program improvements.
+ Support global benefits initiatives, including mental health, wellbeing, family support, and employee experience programs.
+ Document and continuously improve benefits processes, procedures, and standard operating practices.
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field.
+ 2+ years of experience supporting employee benefits administration within Latin America.
+ Strong understanding of benefits administration processes, including healthcare, insurance, retirement, wellness, and leave programs.
+ Knowledge of labor regulations and statutory benefits requirements in Argentina and/or other LATAM countries.
+ Experience working closely with payroll processes related to employee benefits and leaves of absence.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research issues and recommend solutions.
+ Experience managing projects, programs, and process documentation.
+ Experience with Workday (preferred) or other HRIS/benefits administration systems.
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
+ Passion for delivering an exceptional employee experience.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience supporting benefits programs across multiple LATAM countries.
+ Experience in leave of absence and disability administration.
+ Knowledge of health insurance and retirement program administration in Argentina and broader LATAM markets.
+ Experience managing third-party benefits vendors and insurance providers.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, and employee benefits platforms.
+ Experience supporting employee wellbeing, mental health, and wellness initiatives.
+ English proficiency sufficient to collaborate with regional and global stakeholders.

The Assistant Facility Manager supports the Regional Facilities Manager in overseeing the operations, maintenance, and management of the Buenos Aires facility. This role requires hands-on experience in facilities management and property management to ensure the site operates efficiently, meets safety standards, and delivers a high - quality environment for tenants, employees, and visitors . The AFM will coordinate maintenance activities, manage vendor relationships, and assist with budgeting and compliance for Argentina and help support other offices in the LATM region.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Facilities Operations : Assist in managing daily operations of the facility ensuring all systems, HVACs, electrical, plumbing, etc. function optimally .
+ Maintenance Coordination : Schedule and supervise routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across sites, working with in-house teams and external contractors.
+ Property Management Support : Address tenant inquires, coordinate lease compliance, and support property related administrative tasks.
+ Vendor Management: Source, Negotiate, and Oversee contract with vendors and service providers for cleaning, landscaping, and other services.
+ Budget Assistance: Support the development and monitoring of facility budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost saving opportunities.
+ Compliance and Safety : Ensure all sites adhere to local, state, and federal regulations including fire safety, OSHA standards and environment guidelines.
+ Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards or support.
+ Reporting : Prepare and send reports on facilities performance, maintenance activities, and incidence to the facilities management.
+ Emergency Response: Act as a point of contact for emergencies, coordinating rapid response for e mergencies.
+ Team support: Assist in training on software applications such as Oracle Cloud, Corrigo, and WorkDay .
Qualifications :
+ Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years in facilities management including hands-on maintenance and operational oversight . Tenant relations or property management experience pre ferred . Experience managing multiple sites .
+ Skills : Strong organizational and multi-ta s king abilities . Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors, tenants, and internal teams .
+ Proficiency in CMMS system i.e. Corrigo and MS Office suite .
Other Requirements:
+ Valid driver's license and flexibility to respond to after-hour emergencies.
+ Physical requirements: ability to climb a ladder and lift up to 50 pounds .

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Account Executive - Restaurants to manage enterprise‑level clients, and drive strategic growth across the restaurant industry within the LATAM region. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of sales experience, strong expertise in the restaurant sector, and proven success selling SaaS solutions and POS systems.
This role requires strong financial and business acumen, the ability to build and execute account strategies, and exceptional cross‑functional collaboration. This is a full‑time, office‑based role requiring daily in‑person teamwork.

Position Summary
We are seeking a Product Manager - Software Delivery to lead the development and delivery of digital products and applications. This role is focused on owning the product vision and managing software development teams, ensuring high-quality solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Account Executive to manage enterprise-level client relationships, and drive business growth across the LATAM region. This role requires extensive experience in retail industrie, strong capabilities in selling Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, and hands-on knowledge of POS systems.
Responsibilities
+ Develop a high-performing sales team.
+ Create, implement, and optimize effective account strategies.
+ Drive regional sales initiatives across the LATAM market, not only Argentina.
+ Demonstrate strong financial acumen and business insights to support decision-making.
+ Negotiate with and manage enterprise-level client relationships.
+ Analyze and interpret sales and performance data to inform business direction.
+ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the organization.
+ Present, communicate, and interact effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders.
+ Perform successfully under pressure and consistently meet client expectations.
+ Guide deal structuring and support the management of large, complex accounts.
+ Share best practices and support the development of junior Account Executives.
+ Apply knowledge of SaaS sales and POS systems throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in enterprise or B2B environments.
+ Mandatory experience in the retail industrie.
+ Proven experience in selling SaaS solutions.
+ Experience working across the LATAM region.
+ Familiarity with POS systems (implementation, sales, or usage).
+ Proficiency in relevant CRM and sales software.
+ Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
+ Excellent leadership and team development capabilities.
+ Ability to build and implement effective account strategies.
+ Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret performance data.
+ Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
+ Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to perform under pressure and manage demanding client expectations.
+ Must be able to work full-time, on site, 5 days per week in Buenos Aires.
