We're seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build and maintain the ML/AI data infrastructure powering our email security platform. In this role, you'll design and optimize scalable data pipelines that enable threat detection and investigation while supporting both machine learning models and LLM-powered agents that provide context-aware security insights.
You'll work on our Detection Intelligence Platform (DIP) building feature engineering frameworks, and offline/online feature stores that serve as the foundation for ML model research and context engineering for AI agents. **Propósito del Puesto**

**Responsabilidades Principales**
+ Realizar el seguimiento y control del presupuesto del proyecto.
+ Monitorear costos reales, compromisos y proyecciones financieras (forecast).
+ Analizar desvíos y variaciones respecto de la línea base aprobada.
+ Dar soporte a los procesos de certificación, facturación y control de ingresos del proyecto.
+ Realizar seguimiento económico de contratos, subcontratos y órdenes de compra.
+ Elaborar reportes financieros y de gestión para la Dirección del Proyecto.
+ Participar en la preparación de cash flow y proyecciones económicas.
+ Identificar riesgos y oportunidades con impacto en los resultados financieros del proyecto.

**Requisitos del Puesto**
+ Graduado/a en Contador Público, Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
+ Experiencia en control financiero, control de costos o gestión económico-financiera de proyectos de construcción, minería, energía, oil & gas o infraestructura.
+ Experiencia en proyectos desarrollados bajo modalidades EPC o EPCM (deseable).
+ Conocimiento de control de costos, presupuestos, forecasting y análisis de desvíos.
+ Experiencia en el seguimiento económico de contratos, órdenes de compra y certificaciones.
+ Manejo avanzado de Excel.
+ Experiencia con sistemas ERP (SAP u otros).
+ Nivel de inglés intermedio o superior es un plus.

Para WSP en Latinoamérica, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un **Hidrogeólogo Senior** para integrarse al equipo de Aguas, participando en proyectos mineros de alta complejidad a nivel regional, con fuerte foco en Argentina.
El rol tendrá énfasis en análisis en gabinete, interpretación hidrogeológica avanzada y desarrollo de modelos conceptuales y numéricos, apoyando estudios ambientales, operacionales y de cierre de faenas.
**Responsabilidades:**

+ Accounting Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain accounting systems including journal entries, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and revenue reconciliation.

Reporting to the MSOL Latin America Finance Director you will support the financial planning activities of Measurement Systems & Services Business Unit (MSS BU)
This role will work closely with LAM MSS Operations and Sales team, the Finance community in countries the World Area Finance Team and the Global Finance Services (GFS) to maintain and ensure accurate and high-quality planning and actuals activities.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Prepare monthly QTD actual bridges by PG and explain Asset Metrics and Headcount variances
+ Support actual financial closes ensuring accuracy and detailed variance explanations compared to POR
+ Review quarterly accruals to explain main variances of SR&A, Unbilled, Doubtful Accounts, Warranties, E&O
+ Prepare annual budget, quarterly PORs and monthly upside/risk packages comparing to prior submissions and explain main deviations
+ Review and validate monthly PG and KOB submissions. Request any necessary adjustments
+ Support and validate the preparation of the PG bridges
+ Periodically project reviews to understand significant variances
+ Interact with Operations and Sales department to build PORs and Budget and to support variance explanations. Work closely with country finance team and BU finance team
+ SGA review monthly to detect variances and quarterly revision with countries
+ Support on preparation of financial presentations for President Councils, Growth Conference and Profit Review meetings
+ Gather data from countries to analyze BU performance. This includes reviewing currency, mix, price, and cost reduction programs
+ Prepare ad hoc requests sent from Corporate
+ Develop and implement improvements
