We're Hiring: AI Chatbot Developer at Bairbot

Bairbot is building the next generation of AI-powered messaging experiences. Our mission is to create a smart, scalable, and user-friendly chatbot platform that integrates seamlessly across multiple channels like WhatsApp, Instagram, and beyond.

We're launching in two phases:

Phase One
– Core chatbot capable of responding to messages and automating customer interactions.

Phase Two
– Expanding into a more advanced, multi-platform AI assistant with robust integrations, analytics, and scalability.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain AI-driven chatbot applications.
• Work with frameworks like LangChain and modern LLM toolkits to build conversational flows.
• Integrate chatbots with messaging APIs (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, etc.).
• Collaborate with our team to scale the system and add new features.

Skills We're Looking For

• Strong background in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with LangChain or similar AI development frameworks.
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• Familiarity with messaging APIs and webhooks (WhatsApp Business API, Instagram Graph API, etc.).
• Experience in database management (SQL/NoSQL).
• Cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
