Overview
Nuestro cliente, una plataforma regional de salud, que recluta pacientes para ensayos clínicos, nos ha encomendado la búsqueda de un/a: Gerente de Marketing / Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) .
El propósito del puesto es trabajar en la intersección de marketing y comunicaciones, con fuerte visión estratégica. El rol no se limita a métricas de performance, sino que se enfoca en dirigir y potenciar acciones, utilizando el marketing como herramienta para amplificar el mensaje y misión. El puesto liderará un equipo multidisciplinario de 7 personas, con 3 reportes directos, que debe trabajar alineado para aportar estrategias que generen un impacto significativo en crecimiento y resultados.
Responsabilidades- Definir y liderar la estrategia global de marketing y comunicación de la compañía, alineándola con los objetivos de negocio.
- Supervisar, dirigir y analizar los resultados de las acciones de fortalecimiento de marca, creación de contenido, difusiones masivas, campañas de performances y relaciones públicas.
- Aplicar un análisis de audiencias 360° para guiar decisiones estratégicas y asegurar que nuestro mensaje resuene de forma auténtica y efectiva.
- Medir y reportar el impacto de las iniciativas de marketing a nivel ejecutivo, demostrando su contribución directa al crecimiento y al posicionamiento de la marca.
- Profesional de las carreras de Marketing, Publicidad o Comunicaciones
- Trayectoria de liderazgo comprobada en un rol similar (CMO, Gerente de Marketing o de Comunicaciones).
- Experiencia demostrable en la dirección de campañas de difusión masiva en medios de comunicación u organizaciones de relevancia.
- Capacidad analítica para interpretar datos y convertir la información en acciones estratégicas.
- Habilidades de comunicación y negociación para liderar equipos y relacionarse con stakeholders clave.

Funciones clave, responsabilidades y deberes / tareas relacionados:
- Implementar la Estrategia Digital Integrada de Familias Diversas Asociación Civil.
- Gestión de Plataformas digitales y campañas de marketing digital.
- Supervisar y desarrollar contenido adecuado.
- Planificar, monitorear y evaluar.
- Adopción del cambio y la innovación.
- Ayudará a desarrollar, implementar, monitorear y evaluar la Estrategia Digital Integrada de la ONG para cumplir con las metas organizacionales de movilización de fondos y social engagement.
- Contribuir a desarrollar e implementar la Estrategia Digital Integrada uniendo el plan digital de Fundraising con mensajes comunicativos y programáticos, para difundirlos a través de canales digitales (redes sociales y email marketing), asegurando que todos sigan la misma línea editorial de AFDA, con el mismo enfoque de derechos humanos LGBTIQA+.
- Presentar sugerencias sobre el Plan Anual Digital Fundraising Digital.
- Apoyo en la supervisión de contenidos digitales.
- Contribuir a analizar el uso del espacio digital con una visión integral y holística, para asegurar que la imagen de AFDA esté vinculada a su misión principal, garantizar los derechos LGBTIQA+ y los objetivos de recaudación de fondos digitales, de acuerdo con la estrategia del Plan Anual de Desarrollos de Fondos Digital.
- Identificar situaciones de riesgo reputacional y tomar acciones para mitigarlas.
- Armonizar el calendario de contenidos orgánicos y programados para evitar solapamientos entre campañas PFP, COMMS y / o PROGRAMAS dirigidas y / o con impacto en las mismas audiencias y / o en los mismos canales / redes.
- Apoyar y trabajar en equipo con les diferentes proveedores digitales de la ONG, incluida la producción de contenido.
- Ayudar a gestionar y supervisar las plataformas digitales (sitio web, micrositios, sitios de campañas, newsletter, email marketing y redes sociales) para que el contenido y los activos estén bien integrados y se adapten fácilmente en todas las plataformas, para facilitar la participación, el compromiso y las conversiones (donaciones) y otras acciones en apoyo de AFDA.

Recomendaciones de acciones apropiadas según sea necesario para mantener una imagen positiva.
- Brindar soporte técnico la implementación y coordinación de actividades de comunicación digital centradas en la audiencia a través de una variedad de canales digitales, incluidas las redes sociales.
- Identificar y responder a las oportunidades apropiadas para actuar como una voz pública fuerte para los Derechos Humanos LGBTIQA+, particularmente cuando las audiencias incluyen jóvenes, donantes / simpatizantes, donantes /potenciales leads e influencers.

- Trabajar con colegas y socies para producir contenido visual y escrito / activos multimedia precisos y atractivos para promover AFDA y sus prioridades a través de plataformas digitales, incluidas las redes sociales, Google Adwords, gestionando y supervisando la producción, la traducción, el diseño, el diseño gráfico y el control de calidad general para garantizar la estabilidad de plataformas convencionales y de redes sociales.

- Recopilar la investigación de la audiencia y la información sobre las tendencias y desarrollos de las redes sociales disponibles a través de fuentes externas e internas, analizarlas e informar el desarrollo, implementación, monitoreo y evaluación de la estrategia de comunicación digital integrada y los planes de trabajo anuales relacionados y el presupuesto, proponiendo ajustes según corresponda.
- Recolectar y analizar estadísticas para sitios web, micrositios, campañas y plataformas de redes sociales y proporcionar informes y recomendaciones regulares para guiar decisiones futuras.
- Analizar periódicamente la implementación, mejora y revisión de la Estrategia Digital Integrada y el Plan de Fundraising Digital.

We are seeking for an experienced Marketing Senior Recruiter with fluent German and English, to support our international client.
As a Senior Recruiter your focus will be on partnering with various stakeholder groups to create effective hiring strategies for current or forecasted vacancies within your area of responsibility.
As a trusted, consultative partner, you will recruit for roles at all levels in your region and be the “go to” person for assistance in your team. Your strong process skills, and creative sourcing techniques will ensure success and growth of the account.
Providing high-touch relationship management, customer focus and responsiveness in both client and candidate facing activities, you will consultatively manage the end-to-end recruitment process whilst being a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
Job location: Spain (remote model)
Key Accountabilities- Work consultatively with your Hiring Manager groups to successfully deliver the full recruitment cycle for their hiring needs
- Conduct briefings with Hiring managers, gaining an understanding their hiring needs and advising on the most appropriate candidate attraction strategies for their role(s)
- Decide on and execute the appropriate recruitment strategy for your roles, inclusive of sourcing, screening, assessment and short-listing using various direct sourcing methods and using all resources available to you
- Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels with Hiring Managers
- Support, challenge and drive best practice at each stage of the recruitment process
- Champion effective candidate management throughout our hiring process, ensuring candidates receive the premium Korn Ferry and client experience
- Support and mentor more junior members of your team, supporting their knowledge and skills development
- Experience in a full cycle recruitment role, from direct sourcing, screening, assessing/ interviewing, and offering candidates, either in an in-house, agency or RPO environment
- Previous recruitment experience within the Marketing, Finance / corporate field
- Demonstrated experience in delivery a consultative recruitment experience to all stakeholders, including HR, the business and candidates
- Experience in liaising with and supporting Senior Leadership with their recruitment
- A proven track record of creating and executing creative and innovate hiring strategies that support hiring needs
- Demonstrated experience with D&I sourcing techniques
- Be fluent to a business proficiency level (both written and oral) in English and German
- Be a problem solver who likes to get results, find new solutions or opportunities for improvement and like to keep learning
- Have solid communication skills, and the ability to build quality relationships with clients, candidates and your team
