Overview

Technical Product Manager to join the AI Core Team at dLocal. This role focuses on defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for tools and platforms that accelerate AI adoption across the company. The AI Core Team builds platforms, tools, and best practices to enable engineering and product teams to leverage AI with speed and quality.

What will I be doing?
  • Product Strategy: Co-create and align the AI Core team's product vision, strategy, and roadmap with overall company goals, working closely with engineering
  • Developer-First Mindset: Collaborate with the AI engineering team, advocating for developers as customers; gather insights to inform the roadmap and backlog
  • Technical Roadmap: co-create the product backlog with the engineering team, prioritize features, and write clear product specifications
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other engineering and product teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption
  • AI Evangelist: Stay up-to-date with AI advancements and identify opportunities to apply them in real-world problems at dLocal
  • Measure Success: Define and analyze metrics to measure the impact of the AI Core products
  • Leverage AI: Use AI tools in day-to-day work to improve productivity and better understand user needs
Who you are
  • Experienced Builder: Strong technical background, with experience as a Software Engineer or Technical Product Manager for developer-focused products
  • AI Enthusiast: Passionate about AI/ML; actively experimenting with new AI tools and technologies

Overview

We are actively seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in EPAM AI SDLC Center of Excellence (AI SDLC CoE), dealing with opportunities related to Application Modernization with the help of Generative AI. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional Solution/Software architecture awareness across various architecture types, along with an entrepreneurial and integration mindset to work on multiple opportunities simultaneously by integrating multiple teams and stakeholders at EPAM.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to AI Modernization initiatives related to portfolio analysis and disposition, application modernization, code conversion, technical debt elimination, and technology upgrades with GenAI toolset/approaches and frameworks
  • Work with various architecture types, including legacy monolith applications, cloud-based solutions, microservices, and serverless architectures
  • Integrate multiple teams and stakeholders at EPAM to work on multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Stay updated with modern AI trends and solutions, as well as monitor new market solutions and trends
  • Adapt quickly to changing environments and requirements
Requirements
  • Hands-on Solution Architect capable of doing a PoC, coding, writing unit tests if needed, etc.
  • Strong technologist with experience with various technologies.
  • Experience with AI as a user, prompt engineering
  • Proven experience in solution/software architecture, with a minimum of 5 years in roles involving various architectural types such as legacy monolith applications, cloud-based solutions, microservices, and serverless architectures
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously, integrating various teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with Generative AI tools, approaches, and frameworks, particularly in the context of application modernization
  • A passion for staying updated with modern AI trends and solutions, as well as monitoring new market solutions and trends
  • Entrepreneurial and integrative mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and requirements
  • Willingness to deep dive into EPAM’s suite of tools and frameworks to fully understand and leverage the company’s capabilities and offerings
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Excellent command of the English language at a C1 level, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate and collaborate within a global team
