Principales responsabilidades
  • Desarrollar calendarios de contenido con foco en tendencias y performance.
  • Coordinar la producción de videos: guiones, filmación y edición básica.

  • Identificar sonidos virales, challenges y oportunidades UGC.
  • Colaborar con influencers, PR y equipo de Performance para potenciar el alcance.
  • Analizar métricas clave y testear hooks, formatos y horarios.

Requisitos

Excluyentes:

Misión del puesto
Potenciar la comunicación digital de Volkswagen Argentina, asegurando que cada acción en redes sociales y canales de CRM esté alineada con la estrategia de marca, los lineamientos globales y los objetivos comerciales. Principales Responsabilidades
Estrategia y Dirección de Contenidos

  • Proponer lineamientos creativos y estratégicos para el ecosistema de redes sociales y CRM.
  • Desarrollar el calendario anual y supervisar la planificación mensual junto a la agencia creativa y los community managers.
  • Aprobar y orientar la producción de contenido de campañas, influencers, UGC, eventos y partnerships.
  • Garantizar que las publicaciones aprovechen fechas clave y oportunidades de conversación de alto impacto.
  • Medir y optimizar el engagement en redes, transformando la interacción en conversación de valor.

CRM & Salesforce

  • Trabajar en estrategias de CRM personalizadas para aumentar el alcance y la calidad de la base de datos.
  • Monitorear la ejecución de campañas de email marketing en Salesforce Marketing Cloud (segmentación, audiencias, KPIs, creatividades).
  • Gestionar la implementación de mejoras y nuevas tecnologías que incrementen la tasa de apertura y conversión.
  • Identificar clusters de clientes y canales de atención preferentes para campañas específicas.

Investigación y Análisis

  • Trabajar en estudios de mercado (NCBS, MPM, NP) y presentar insights para la toma de decisiones.
  • Monitorear el uso de la plataforma DIVE 2.0 y asegurar la correcta interpretación de los datos por parte de la agencia y el equipo interno.
  • Analizar resultados en Power BI para elaborar reportes estratégicos que vinculen performance de marketing con resultados comerciales.

Coordinación y Gestión de Equipos Externos

  • Llevar adelante la relación con la agencia creativa, estableciendo prioridades, deadlines y expectativas de calidad.
  • Monitorear el trabajo de community managers y creativos para garantizar coherencia visual y de tono de marca.
  • Facilitar la comunicación entre áreas internas (diseño, comunicación, producto) y proveedores externos.

Requerimientos
Formación Académica

  • Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicación, Publicidad o afines.
  • Posgrados o certificaciones en Marketing Digital, Data Analytics o CRM, valorados.

Experiencia

  • 3 a 5 años en estrategias digitales, con experiencia con agencias y equipos externos.
  • Experiencia en gestión de CRM y campañas integrales de marketing digital.
  • Experiencia en interpretación de datos y elaboración de reportes estratégicos.

Habilidades y Competencias

Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive Social Media & Project Manager to lead content and communications across Nick Gross's personal platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter), the Gross Labs website and channels, and Find Your Grind's social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn).

This is both a creative and client-facing role. You will shape how Gross Labs and its ecosystem show up online, while also joining meetings with Nick, capturing client needs, and ensuring smooth execution with our creative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own content calendars and posting across Nick Gross's platforms, Gross Labs channels, and Find Your Grind
  • Write engaging captions, post copy, and long-form articles for the Gross Labs website

  • Join meetings with Nick as a client-facing representative, ensuring client success and strong communication

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel & Creator Manager to manage and optimize our Shopify and TikTok Shop presence while leading creator partnerships across TikTok and Instagram. Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Channel Operations:

Shopify:

TikTok Shop:
