Who You Are

Responsabilities

As a Trade Data Management Specialist at Kyndryl, you will:
  • Replace manual processes with automated workflows using Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and SharePoint.
  • Analyze and manage trade-related data to support compliance and reporting needs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Integrate systems through APIs to ensure seamless data exchange and compliance screening.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely, and secure data handling.
  • Support the implementation of global trade compliance programs and initiatives.

Requiremets

You’re a problem-solver, a builder, and a data enthusiast.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data management, automation, or analytics.
  • Entry-level experience in trade compliance—or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills in English to collaborate with global teams.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like:

The Seismic Information Management Team (SIM) is seeking candidates to join its dynamic organization. SIM delivers reliable seismic data support to geoscientists in exploration, development and production Business Units.

What role you will play in our team
  • As a Seismic Data Analyst (SDA) you will manage 2D/3D/4D seismic data to drive operational excellence. Your responsibilities are traces conditioning, delivery of workstation-seismic projects for geoscientists and streamlining end-to-end workflows to maximize efficiency and data quality. Moreover, you will collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Geoscience and vendors to contribute with insights on the seismic data life-cycle.
  • Our office is located in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires and you will interact with IT, geodesists and geoscientist from all around the world.

What you will do
  • Utilize advanced techniques to inspect and condition seismic traces to ensure geospatial accuracy, as the basis for the reliable geological interpretation and the success of well drilling execution.
  • Capably prepare 2D/3D workstation-ready projects into the appropriate repositories fulfilling the corportate best practices and dead-lines.
  • Continuosly improve Data Quality processes through automation and scripting, facilitating seamlessly integration of seismic traces across various systems of records.
  • Conduct goods and services checks from vendors and partners, such as: contracts, transmittals, navigation files and seismic deliveries ensuring completeness and entitlements.
  • Data visualization and metrics to provide actionable insights.
About You
  • Bachelor Degree in Earth Sciences or related field of study.
  • Advanced English skills, verbal and written communication.
  • 2+ years experience in similar roles.
  • Knowledge of Geophysics: seismic processing and interpretation methods.
  • Demonstrable technical skills of Petrel/Studio, manipulating seismic data (2D/3D/4D), SEG-Y formats, and common processing versions.
  • Demonstrable working experience with ArcGis and proficient in Geodesy: coordinates systems (x,y’s), datums and projections.
  • Strong at interpersonal and collaboration skills, capable to communicate with multiple steakholders.
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
  • Scripting skills oriented to automation and orchestration (e.g. PowerShell, Python)
  • Hands-on experience with SQL: design, query optimization, data manipulation
  • Basic understanding of Linux Operating System

What you will do
  • Utilize advanced techniques to inspect and condition seismic traces to ensure geospatial accuracy, as the basis for the reliable geological interpretation and the success of well drilling execution.
  • Capably prepare 2D/3D workstation-ready projects into the appropriate repositories fulfilling the corportate best practices and dead-lines.
  • Continuosly improve Data Quality processes through automation and scripting, facilitating seamlessly integration of seismic traces across various systems of records.
  • Conduct goods and services checks from vendors and partners, such as: contracts, transmittals, navigation files and seismic deliveries ensuring completeness and entitlements.
  • Data visualization and metrics to provide actionable insights.
About You
  • Bachelor Degree in Earth Sciences or related field of study.
  • Advanced English skills, verbal and written communication.
  • 2+ years experience in similar roles.
  • Knowledge of Geophysics: seismic processing and interpretation methods.
  • Demonstrable technical skills of Petrel/Studio, manipulating seismic data (2D/3D/4D), SEG-Y formats, and common processing versions.
  • Demonstrable working experience with ArcGis and proficient in Geodesy: coordinates systems (x,y’s), datums and projections.
  • Strong at interpersonal and collaboration skills, capable to communicate with multiple steakholders.
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
  • Scripting skills oriented to automation and orchestration (e.g. PowerShell, Python)
  • Hands-on experience with SQL: design, query optimization, data manipulation
  • Basic understanding of Linux Operating System

As part of Global Enterprise Analytics & Data structure, our team, Master Data Integrity maintains, enhances and controls master data related processes across PMI organization.

Philip Morris Latin America Services S.R.L. is seeking talented people to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Your day to day

  1. Act as a primary point of contact to resolve issues and provide analysis related to finance master data.
  2. Proactively analyze and find ways to improve data quality.
  3. Collaborate with different groups of people at all levels among PMI Company including business and management.
  4. Support the development of global master data management processes, the adoption of global processes, and the implementation of tools globally.
  5. Maintain finance master data for respective PMI affiliates in accurate, complete and timely manner to ensure proper bookkeeping.
  6. Maintain Authorized Signatory Matrix tool dedicated for workflow approval process among PMI Affiliates.
  7. Actively participate in road-maps, projects and initiatives impacting finance master data.
  8. Act as a Subject Matter Expert in internal and external audits.

Who are we looking for?
  1. A candidate with fluent English (oral and written) with analytical mind, strong attention to details and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  2. An action-oriented, fast learning problem solver and enthusiastic team player with can-do mentality, able to work with multitasking under time pressure.
  3. A person with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or IT. Solid understanding of SAP Finance Master Data importance and potential implications will be treated as an asset.
  4. SAP knowledge and university degree in Analytics & Data, Finance and Accounting or equivalent will be treated as an asset.

Determinación de la presentación local de informes de seguridad individuales y, en su caso, agregados. Responsabilidades primarias: Llevar a cabo actividades de procesamiento de casos. Revisar, clasificar, verificar, procesar y documentar la información relacionada con el caso: términos del evento; validez, seriedad, escenarios especiales; líneas de tiempo; exactitud y consistencia. Procesar casos basados en estas evaluaciones. Revisar los criterios del caso para determinar el flujo de trabajo apropiado para el procesamiento del caso. Evaluar casos para distinguir aquellos con complejidades particulares y/o problemas específicos, y escalar adecuadamente. Escribir y editar la narrativa del caso. Determinar y realizar un seguimiento adecuado del caso, incluida la generación de solicitudes de seguimiento. Revise los casos procesados para verificar la precisión, la consistencia y el cumplimiento de los requisitos del proceso, y revise los datos del caso para escenarios especiales Servir de enlace con socios clave, a nível local, y otras partes interesadas con respecto a la recopilación de datos de seguridad y la reconciliación de datos. Habilidad, con supervisión, para resolver problemas de rutina y sacar a la luz problemas constructivamente. Habilidad para tomar decisiones básicas con una comprensión de las consecuencias. Habilidad para lograr objetivos personales mientras se cumplen los estándares departamentales de desempeño. Capacidad para trabajar bajo supervisión en una organización matricial. Fluidez en inglés hablado y escrito.
