En Connected estamos buscando un/a Editor/a de Video Freelance con foco en contenido para redes sociales (formato vertical). Queremos alguien con manejo avanzado de Adobe Premiere Pro, y conocimientos de After Effects y Photoshop.
Tu misión será crear Reels, Shorts y TikToks dinámicos, creativos y optimizados para retención, listos para publicar y generar impacto en las plataformas.
Responsabilidades
Edición diaria de Reels a partir de material bruto (cortes, ritmos, subtítulos, música, transiciones, color).
Animaciones y recursos gráficos sencillos en Premiere y algunos en After Effects (lower thirds, callouts, textos dinámicos, motion tracking básicos).
Ajustes de elementos para los videos en Photoshop (thumbnails, recortes, limpieza puntual).
Adaptación de piezas a distintos formatos y resoluciones verticales (9:16, 4:5, 1:1 cuando aplique).
Gestión de flujos y plantillas para mantener consistencia visual y agilidad.
Objetivo de producción: en 4 horas/día, 2 reels por día listos para publicar.
Requisitos imprescindibles
- Experiencia comprobable editando Reels y videos cortos para redes sociales. (Se solicita portfolio/reel actualizado).
- Manejo avanzado de Adobe Premiere ProUso de atajos, proxies, subtítulos, ajuste de audio y corrección de color básica.
- Conocimientos de Adobe After EffectsAnimaciones simples, uso de presets y expresiones básicas.
- Conocimientos de Adobe PhotoshopComposición ligera, tipografías y exportaciones optimizadas.
- Detallista y minucioso/a, cuidando la ortografía en rótulos, la coherencia visual y la pulcritud en cada exportación.
- Trabajo remoto – se requiere buena comunicación y capacidad de trabajo en equipo online.
Condiciones
Jornada: 8 a 12 hs
Prueba inicial pagada: se solicitará una prueba técnica remunerada (p. ej., 1–2 Reels con assets y pautas proporcionadas) para evaluar encaje y flujo de trabajo.
Modalidad: 100% Remoto

El rol consiste en editar entrevistas grabadas en remoto (formato podcast + YouTube), optimizar la narrativa visual, y generar piezas derivadas (shorts/reels) para redes sociales como LinkedIn, Instagram y YouTube Shorts.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Edición de entrevistas en formato podcast (audio y video).
- Adaptación del contenido a distintas plataformas (Spotify, YouTube, redes sociales).

- Entregar los materiales en tiempos pautados.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia comprobable en edición de video (portafolio/reel de trabajos previos).
- Manejo de herramientas de edición (Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci o similares).
- Conocimiento de formatos y tendencias para redes sociales.
- Capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma y cumplir con deadlines.
