Resumen de la Poscion:

El analista de planificación y análisis financiero (FP&A) será una persona importante para el liderazgo de NCR Atleos y ayudará con todas las actividades de apoyo a la toma de decisiones financieras y de FP&A para apoyar a los equipos de ventas y productos en toda la red de NCR Atleos de Estados Unidos y Canadá

Principales Responsabilidades del Área

• Analizar las tendencias actuales y pasadas de los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI), incluyendo todas las áreas de ingresos, costo de ventas, gastos e inversiones de capital.
• Mejorar el rendimiento mediante la evaluación de procesos para impulsar la eficiencia y comprender el ROI en múltiples iniciativas estratégicas.
• Informar y dar seguimiento a los KPI relacionados con las iniciativas estratégicas clave.
• Se espera que este puesto identifique e impulse la eficiencia financiera y la rentabilidad para las regiones de EE. UU. y Canadá.
• Elaborar análisis e investigaciones financieras y comerciales en áreas como el rendimiento financiero y de gastos, la tasa de rendimiento, la depreciación, el capital circulante y las inversiones.
• Comunicar periódicamente las tendencias históricas y previstas del rendimiento financiero y operativo consolidado de las unidades de negocio y de la empresa, utilizando las métricas adecuadas. Sugerir tendencias, implicaciones resultantes, acciones clave e implicaciones estratégicas.

Requisitos Principales:

• Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas contabilidad, o afines
• Habilidades avanzadas en Microsoft Excel y PowerPoint
• Conocimiento de la industria : la experiencia en la industria de tecnología o servicios es una ventaja

We are seeking a talented FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This role requires financial planning and analysis & accounting expertise to deliver data-driven insights and impactful dashboards that support strategic decision-making across the company. As a key contributor, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze large datasets, create visual reports, and provide actionable recommendations.

• Support the analysis of current and historical trends in key performance indicators (KPIs) across revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Assist in monitoring performance indicators and identifying trends, while contributing to root cause analysis of unexpected variances.
• Deliver insights and actionable recommendations to finance and business teams to drive strategic decisions.
• Use advanced Microsoft Excel & Google Spreadsheet features, including pivot tables and nested formulas, to support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting needs.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term operational plans.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of financial models to ensure accurate projections and scenario analysis.
• Work closely with department leads to align financial plans with the company’s objectives.

Reporting:

• Develop and automate recurring financial and operational reports to streamline processes and enhance data transparency.
• Support the delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to internal stakeholders.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational decision-making.
• Variance Analysis: Reconcile monthly P&L actuals in the consolidated accounting books versus budget & forecast, and explain variances.

Finance Business Partnering:

• Partner with various departments to provide financial guidance, BI insights, and analytical support.
• Collaborate with teams to track budget performance, monitor resources, and align objectives with financial strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, financial analysis, or business intelligence.
• Understanding of the full accounting cycle to be able to explain P&L variances compared to budget and forecasts after the Accounting Team finishes each Month-End Closing.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel & Google Spreadsheets, including pivot tables and advanced formulas (eg: LOOKUPS, SUMIFS, IF nested statements with logical operators, FILTER, IMPORTRANGE, etc.).
• Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to deliver actionable insights.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, focusing on presenting complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
