Formación académica deseable: Estudiantes avanzados/as o graduados/as en Cs. Económicas, Contador/a, Lic. en Administración, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Ciencia de Datos o afines.
Conocimientos técnicos:
- Manejo de sistemas de gestión y análisis de datos
- Excel avanzado y herramientas de reportería (Microstrategy, excluyente)
- Se valorarán conocimientos de Looker Studio y/o Power BI y Salesforce
- Capacidad de síntesis y visión de negocio
Experiencia laboral: 3 a 5 años en posiciones similares, preferentemente en áreas de información para la toma de decisiones.

The Seismic Information Management Team (SIM) is seeking candidates to join its dynamic organization. SIM delivers reliable seismic data support to geoscientists in exploration, development and production Business Units.
- As a Seismic Data Analyst (SDA) you will manage 2D/3D/4D seismic data to drive operational excellence. Your responsibilities are traces conditioning, delivery of workstation-seismic projects for geoscientists and streamlining end-to-end workflows to maximize efficiency and data quality. Moreover, you will collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Geoscience and vendors to contribute with insights on the seismic data life-cycle.
- Our office is located in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires and you will interact with IT, geodesists and geoscientist from all around the world.

- Bachelor Degree in Earth Sciences or related field of study.

- 2+ years experience in similar roles.
- Knowledge of Geophysics: seismic processing and interpretation methods.
- Demonstrable technical skills of Petrel/Studio, manipulating seismic data (2D/3D/4D), SEG-Y formats, and common processing versions.
- Demonstrable working experience with ArcGis and proficient in Geodesy: coordinates systems (x,y’s), datums and projections.
- Strong at interpersonal and collaboration skills, capable to communicate with multiple steakholders.
- Scripting skills oriented to automation and orchestration (e.g. PowerShell, Python)
- Hands-on experience with SQL: design, query optimization, data manipulation

They’re now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant – CRM & Data Management .
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain internal dashboards and outreach lists
- Keep CRM (e.g., HubSpot) organized and up to date
- Build and maintain clean, segmented contact lists
- Remove duplicates and standardize CRM data
- Support basic automations and workflows inside the CRM
- Help document internal processes
- Assist with general admin tasks like spreadsheets, file organization, and internal tracking
- Experience with CRM (hubspot)
- High attention to detail and organization
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
- Very receptive to feedback and seeks feedback
- Accountable to mistakes and honest with that. Open to ask for help.
- Strong judgment and ability to work independently
- Comfortable using Notion, Slack, Google Sheets, and email tools

As part of Global Enterprise Analytics & Data structure, our team, Master Data Integrity maintains, enhances and controls master data related processes across PMI organization.
Philip Morris Latin America Services S.R.L. is seeking talented people to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Your day to day
- Act as a primary point of contact to resolve issues and provide analysis related to finance master data.
- Proactively analyze and find ways to improve data quality.
- Collaborate with different groups of people at all levels among PMI Company including business and management.
- Support the development of global master data management processes, the adoption of global processes, and the implementation of tools globally.
- Maintain finance master data for respective PMI affiliates in accurate, complete and timely manner to ensure proper bookkeeping.
- Maintain Authorized Signatory Matrix tool dedicated for workflow approval process among PMI Affiliates.
- Actively participate in road-maps, projects and initiatives impacting finance master data.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in internal and external audits.
Who are we looking for?
- A candidate with fluent English (oral and written) with analytical mind, strong attention to details and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- An action-oriented, fast learning problem solver and enthusiastic team player with can-do mentality, able to work with multitasking under time pressure.
- A person with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or IT. Solid understanding of SAP Finance Master Data importance and potential implications will be treated as an asset.
- SAP knowledge and university degree in Analytics & Data, Finance and Accounting or equivalent will be treated as an asset.

**Lo que hacemos**
1. Asistencia a las operaciones diarias en las franjas horarias de US Eastern (Tiempo del Este UTC−04:00) o al US Pacific Time (Tiempo del Pacifico UTC−08:00).
3. Realización del control de calidad de los datos referidos a los productos médicos relevados.
4. Separación, organización, categorización y señalamiento de los datos minados en las encuestas por DocDelta.
5. Extracción y validación de los datos utilizando sistemas externos.
