Learning and Development Specialist

From brilliant creatives to technology trailblazers and beyond, join us as we step into the next chapter.- The Job- We seek a Learning and Development specialist that will be responsible for supporting the Learning and Development manager and coordinating high-quality learning programs across the LATAM region.The Daily- Support Language Program across the Latam region- Program and logistics coordination, including scheduling, communicating, and tracking multiple learning events- Ensure learning systems are up to date with accurate data and monitor reports as needed.- Develop and build effective learning courses, resources, tools and experiences using a variety of different media (e.g., in-person and on-demand training, resources, job aids, reference guides) to engage the modern learner- Support L&D Manager on end-to-end project and program management and operations including communications, program delivery, budget, evaluation/feedback and measurement of business impactThe Essentials- 3 years of relevant work experience- Demonstrated ability to coordinate large scale learning, development programs or equivalent professional events- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills- Self-directed with strong communication and presentation skills- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task across concurrent projects and attention to detail- Ability to establish relationships across levels and across geographies- Strong analytic skills/comfort with data analysis- Language: Fluency in English and Portuguese
