You will be part of a passionate team, which is building an industry-leading , scalable, multi-brand payment platform to support 40+ online brands and 100+ payment integrations! Our brands are used by hundreds of thousands of users and growing.
A taster of what you will be involved with.- Working with cutting-edge technology enabling our Cloud Journey
- The Platform Core team is responsible for managing Infrastructure as Code for parts of our Core Platform Layer (Kubernetes Clusters, Message Broker backends, Infrastructure tooling) , providing a distributed runtime platform that ensures optimal performance of our business web applications, APIs, and backend services
- Building our Infrastructure Platforms as self-service to our developers and providing guidance and tooling for developers to self-manage their applications across environments
- Continuously improve and develop our platforms based on business needs. Analyze, diagnose, and solve issues of efficiency, performance, and scale collaborating cross-functionally with colleagues from different teams
Right now, we are looking to strengthen further the management of our Container Platform and Kafka Messaging Platform and looking for a DevOps engineer with strong knowledge and experience in Kubernetes administration and managing Kafka infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge and experience in setting up and administering Kubernetes clusters, preferably with experience with AWS EKS and Rancher RKE.
- Strong knowledge and experience of managing Kafka infrastructure in a geo-distributed setup, administration, and configuration of such service.
- Managing Cloud Infrastructure via Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, with a good understanding of Terraform modules and workflows.
- Experience working with cloud providers, with AWS as preference, and strong knowledge with Cloud provider services such as EC2, ALBs, VPC, and EKS.
- Experience in building scalable and distributed infrastructure.
- Experience in using versioned source control to manage code changes.
- Familiarity with the open-source monitoring stack of Prometheus/Grafana.
- Ability to write scripts in Python, Bash, Powershell, or similar.
- Experience in using and managing Linux distributions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of best practices in IT operations, such as ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) and DevOps principles.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Required to be on an On-call support schedule.

Misión del puesto
Implementar las acciones comerciales de los servicios de IaaS y SaaS que nos permita incrementar la participación en el mercado asegurando el flujo de preventa, venta, provisión, facturación y soporte técnico
Funciones principales
- Definir el portfolio de servicios a desarrollar para el segmento B2B
- Establecer el alcance y los requisitos básicos para su implementación tomando en cuenta la oferta del mercado
- Definir el presupuesto de los servicios, monitorear los ingresos y los gastos garantizando el margen del negocio
- Gestionar el ciclo de vida de los diferentes servicios
- Diseñar y solicitar los desarrollos de sistemas necesarios para garantizar la experiencia E2E de los clientes
- Definir los procesos y conocimientos para la preventa y posventa con diferentes áreas de la compañía
- Posicionar el servicio en las áreas comerciales para impulsar sus venta
Habilidades/conocimientos requeridos
- Profesional o estudiante avanzado de ingeniería, sistemas, marketing o carreras afines
- Conocimiento de los principales elementos técnicos que componen los servicios de infraestructura y aplicaciones como servicio (IaaS y SaaS)
- Disposición para trabajar con múltiples áreas, en un entorno cambiante y asumiendo desafíos que requieran tomar decisiones en forma autónoma.
Habilidades/conocimientos deseables
- Conocimiento de oferta de servicios cloud del mercado
- Nivel avanzado de inglés oral y escrito
