- Automatizar CI/CD de aplicaciones y pipelines LLM con GitHub Actions y Azure DevOps , incluyendo tests de seguridad, performance y validación de prompts.

- Implementar observabilidad de extremo a extremo (traces, métricas, logs) con OpenTelemetry y dashboards en Prometheus / Grafana para detectar latencias, uso de tokens y drift de modelos.

- Gestionar ciclo de vida de modelos (versionado, promoción, rollback) con MLflow 3 / LLMOps y artefactos en repositorios seguros.

- Optimizar costos y cuotas (TPM/RPM) en Azure OpenAI y Bedrock, aplicando auto‑scaling y políticas de rate‑limit.

- Colaborar con equipos de Ingeniería y Data Science para integrar nuevos agentes, vectordbs y workflows sin fricción operacional.

Conocimientos requeridos*

- +5 años en roles DevOps/SRE manejando infraestructura cloud a escala.

- Sólido dominio de Azure y AWS : AKS/EKS, IAM, VNet / VPC, load balancers y servicios administrados.

- Experiencia con IaC (Terraform o Pulumi) y pipelines CI/CD en GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps.

- Conocimientos prácticos en LLMOps / GenAIOps : despliegue de LLMs, gestión de artefactos y monitoreo de calidad.

- Habilidades en seguridad y compliance : escaneo de contenedores, políticas de secretos, guardrails de prompts.

Specific responsibilities will include:

1. Lead the cultural evolution in the Software Engineering team through the use of best practices to ensure product success, like test automation, monitoring, product specifications, pipelines configuration, testing strategy, etc.
2. Create reports and metrics that detect risks of future quality issues.
3. Continuous researching for new technologies and solutions to improve the quality, self-train and train software engineers on them.
4. Understand in depth the customer's needs, observe behaviors in order to identify usage patterns to improve the quality assurance processes.
5. Document the design patterns/best practices for the automation framework.
6. Design, development and maintenance of tests.
7. Be responsible for the development pipeline in terms of quality on CI.

Skills Required:

1. Vast (4+ years) experience automation testing web applications.
2. Experience developing using automation frameworks in Node/JS like WebdriverIO, NightwatchJS, Puppeteer, Cypress.io, etc.
3. Experience working using Page Objects, UI maps, etc (widely accepted design patterns for Selenium).
4. Experience with CI such as GitlabCI, Jenkins.
5. Experience in unit testing.
6. Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira, Testrails, etc.
7. Ability to work well in a team environment.
8. Fluent oral and written Spanish skills.
9. Oral and written English communication skills.
