About the Team:At CookUnity, the Brand Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing world-class marketing activations and experiences that drive organic growth through brand awareness and earn loyalty beyond reason. This team sets the vision and strategy for the brand and brings it to life with strategic rigor, creative excellence, and cultural relevance. Through insight-inspired, data-led brand storytelling and experiences, CookUnity’s Brand Marketing team builds a category-defining brand loved by an entire generation of foodies.
The Role: Campaign DesignerWe’re looking for a creative designer with a strong background in visual storytelling for marketing campaigns, ideally with experience translating brand identity systems into fully integrated 360° campaigns — from concept to delivery — across paid and earned channels (digital, OOH, OTT, podcasts, YouTube, social media, etc.).
This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to turn strategic insights into cohesive, on-brand creative that drives awareness and engagement at upper-funnel stages and facilitates conversion in acquisition channels. The ideal candidate understands the language of marketing, is an expert on design best practices across key media formats, and can adapt concepts to fit the needs of each platform. This person should also have a good understanding of the technical aspects of advertising and campaign design to ensure final assets delivered are fully prepared to media specifications.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and elevate our brand identity across multiple consumer touchpoints, partnering with creative and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful design solutions.
Responsibilities:- Create and adapt campaign visuals for distribution in digital ads, social content, OOH, YouTube, email, and other media placements, in collaboration with Brand Marketing, key stakeholders, and external agency partners.
- Lead the development of marketing creative assets that draw from channel best practices to maximize performance while elevating and maintaining brand consistency.
- Partner with media and performance teams to understand creative testing needs and iterate designs for improved results.
- Ensure all creative work meets brand standards while optimizing for each platform’s specifications and best practices.
- Knowledge of specifications and technical file preparation for all media deliverables, ensuring assets meet platform and channel requirements.
- Ability to create design templates tailored to each channel to drive executional efficiency and consistency, while allowing flexibility for creative testing and iteration.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on agency-delivered creative to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with CookUnity’s brand vision.
- Maintain awareness of design trends, new media formats, and tools, bringing fresh, culturally relevant ideas to campaigns.
- Incorporate innovative design elements and leverage AI-based tools to enhance creative output and user experience.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, balancing creativity, quality, and deadlines.
- Leverage advanced proficiency in design software including Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop, to deliver exceptional design outputs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field
- 3–5 years of design experience at a leading creative agency or consumer brand with a focus on marketing campaigns
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects across multiple channels, showcasing strong visual design skills and understanding of design principles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
- Experience using AI tools to enhance creative work, and enthusiasm for exploring, experimenting with, and adopting emerging AI technologies.
- Understanding of media asset specifications, upper-funnel marketing, and cross-channel consistency
- Experience working closely with copywriters, marketers, and production teams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring design excellence in every deliverable
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative remote team environment
- Experience delivering design solutions in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for design, paired with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in English at an advanced level

The role:As a Senior Associate, Paid Social, you’ll play a critical role our paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, X, and emerging platforms. You’ll leverage data, creative, and audience insights to drive high-ROI acquisition while maintaining CAC efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, DTC environments and is excited to build a best-in-class paid social program at the intersection of performance marketing, creative, and product.
The Senior Associate, Paid Social within CookUnity’s in-house growth team will be responsible for contributing to the development of our paid social media strategy while owning tactical execution of that strategy to achieve performance objectives. Bringing expert knowledge of the social landscape and applying insights based on data and consumer behavior, the ideal candidate will scale our paid social channels while also keeping the broader Growth team informed on emerging trends and technologies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong media background to drive the paid social media strategy with our key partners and internal stakeholders across Brand, Technology, Data and Product.
Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social, the Senior Associate, Paid Social will manage campaigns across paid social channels, leverage data and testing to optimize performance, and work cross-functionally with the creative, data and tech teams to support channel growth. This role will collaborate closely with the CRM, Creative, and Brand teams as well as collaborate cross-functionally with the Product, Tech, and Design teams.
Responsibilities 1. Own and Execute Paid Social Growth Strategy- Develop, implement, and optimize a full-funnel paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, X, and emerging channels.
- Manage and scale multi-million dollar budgets while improving customer acquisition costs (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV).
- Drive incremental customer acquisition while maintaining efficiency, ensuring campaigns are scalable and profitable.
- Continuously analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
- Leverage media mix modeling and incrementality testing to understand channel impact.
- Work closely with the Performance Creative team to develop and test high-converting ad creatives across static, video, and UGC formats.
- Conduct audience segmentation and targeting experiments to scale high-LTV cohorts.
- Define a structured A/B testing roadmap for campaign creative, audience strategies, bidding strategies, ad formats, and other key performance drivers.
- Partner with Growth Product and CRO teams to develop and test landing pages that improve conversion rates.
- Explore new automation, AI, and machine learning tools for real-time optimization.
- Work with Brand, Product, Tech, and Data Science teams to align paid social strategies with the overall growth vision.
- Collaborate with Performance Creative to drive data-driven storytelling that resonates with CookUnity’s target customers.
- Partner with the CRM team to ensure new customers transition seamlessly into the lifecycle journey for retention.
- Monitor platform updates, policy changes, and new advertising features across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and others.
- Bring innovation into CookUnity’s paid social approach, identifying emerging trends, betas, and AI-driven tools that can drive efficiencies.
- Report key findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring CookUnity remains ahead of competitors.
- 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, with an emphasis on paid social within high-growth DTC companies.
- Advanced English skills
- A Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.
- Collaborative attitude and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data analytics and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker, and/or Mixpanel.
- A creative-minded person with a strong interest in developing a cohesive brand presence across marketing touchpoints.
- Outstanding degree of understanding in a marketing or tech-related subject (e.g. adtech, data science, engineering, economics, marketing, business).
- Generate solutions from deconstructing problems derived from qualitative (e.g., branding, design, campaign creatives) and quantitative (e.g., performance, attribution, LTV) marketing challenges.

About the Team:The Internal Supply Chain team owns the raw materials supply and its distribution to the chefs/fulfillment. It’s a high-impact role with the ability to communicate constantly between all different areas of CookUnity. Our customers use our digital experience weekly to find their favorite meals from our 300+ menu items, and the Supply Chain team is responsible for making that easy and smooth for the operation.
The role:We are seeking a full-time Supply Chain Sr Analyst with an entrepreneurial mindset who is willing to take ownership of different analyses and projects, and who is looking to accelerate their development by working in a growing startup!
You are capable of managing and analyzing the entire supply chain to reach company goals. You’re organized, highly self-driven, can deliver, and have a “get stuff done” attitude. You own 100% of the analysis, flag insightful information, create action plans, develop new dashboards, etc.
You enjoy being part of a team and understand that the impact of your work will help make the organization better.
Responsibilities:- Own key metrics (e.g., food costs), identify cost gaps, and perform deep dives to maintain accuracy ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and their cost impact, creating corrective action plans.
- Manage stock levels to prevent shortages and excess, balancing availability with waste reduction. Follow up on the extra spent due to the purchasing delta, define an action plan to avoid it, but at the same time keep healthy stocks of short-life products to avoid increasing the waste and spoilage.
- Oversee and optimize the ordering and distribution processes in collaboration with other teams.
- Monitor and communicate any price changes to relevant departments.
- Coordinate the deployment of new inventory management software.
- Develop and enhance SOPs to ensure process adherence and improve department efficiency.
- 3-4 years of previous experience in Supply Chain, ideally in the food sector.
- Advanced English Skills

About the client: Our client, a personal injury law firm based in the U.S., is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their growing team. The firm handles a high volume of personal injury cases and values professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail in supporting its attorneys and legal operations.
About the role: As a Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting attorneys by managing case files, drafting legal documents, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that cases move efficiently through all stages of litigation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with U.S. law firms—preferably in personal injury law—and be comfortable handling a variety of legal and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
