As a Data Analyst at Happy Mammoth, you’ll be at the heart of our data-driven efforts. Your insights will directly influence our strategies to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. In this role, you’ll dive into customer behavior, analyze marketing performance, and provide actionable insights that drive our direct-response and B2C marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform our business strategies.
- Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports to track KPIs, including ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, CLTV, and customer retention metrics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product, and finance, to provide data-driven insights that support campaign performance and strategic marketing decisions.
- Provide ad hoc analysis to address specific business questions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Apply your expertise in data mining, and data visualization to extract insights that can inform our business and product decisions
- Design, implement and describe to technical and non-technical stakeholders predictive and descriptive models of key business operations and outcomes
- Create and maintain visualizations including dashboards, reports, and alerts
- Work together with the product and/or market teams to identify the key metrics to measure the different aspects of the business.
- Identify and communicate data insights that improve the way we deliver consumer experience and meet business goals
- Source appropriate data to support the creation and implementation of product strategies
- Work across CS, Marketing and Product, help define retail customer segmentation and customer journey profiles
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

After successfully completing the internship, the intern will receive:
An official certificate of participation.

The intern needs to meet the following requirements:
An advanced level of spoken and written English.
Knowledge of Google products, such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies.
A solid understanding of virtual conferencing.
A personal computer/laptop and reliable internet connection.
Studies, completed or in progress, in a relevant field.

The intern will be responsible for the following duties:
Understand the concept of the company, brand, customers, and product goals.
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Prepare and organize reports, manage filing systems, and update records.
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Perform various tasks to support the project.
Do research on different topics.
Gather critical data to create visual business intelligence reports.
Duration:
The internship lasts for 30 weeks.
Location: The internship is global and remote.
