Estamos en la búsqueda de estudiantes avanzados o egresados de la carrera de Diseño Gráfico.
Nos orientamos a personas con alto nivel creativo y experiencia en el desarrollo de proyectos digitales.
Valoraremos especialmente conocimiento en UX/UI.
Responsabilidades
- Colaboración con el equipo de contenidos para la generación de propuestas y desarrollos creativos para clientes.
- Diseños y propuestas para social media.
- Desarrollo de sitios web y piezas gráficas digitales.
- Contar con un portfolio de trabajo.
- Estudiante avanzado o graduado de la carrera de Diseño Gráfico o afín.
- 2-4 años de experiencia en puestos similares.
- Manejo de Adobe Creative Suite + Figma/XD/Sketch.
- Habilidades comunicacionales, capacidad de conceptualización, exploración y buen manejo de herramientas y recursos de diseño.

ContextOur regional team is launching a new LinkedIn page to enhance our digital presence and communicate our initiatives more effectively. This support will focus on improving internal communication through the creation of clear and engaging graphic materials that facilitate understanding. As we are just beginning communication initiatives, we value dynamism, creativity, and flexibility. Volunteers are expected to adapt to uncertainty, contribute fresh ideas, and help develop new strategies and content.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe selected online volunteer will be responsible for designing 10 graphic communication pieces per month for use on the new LinkedIn page and internal communication. Specific tasks include:
- Design graphic materials: Create flyers, posters, infographics, and other visual elements according to organizational guidelines and needs (10 pieces per month).
- Collaborate with the communications consultant: Work closely with the communications consultant to understand key messages and organizational goals.
- Participate in meetings and team sessions: Attend meetings and planning sessions to discuss communication strategies and design for Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC).
- Experience in graphic design and proficiency with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with the regional team.
- Commitment to the mission and values of ACT Alliance LAC and its faith-based approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish; advanced knowledge of English is a plus.
