Investigación de palabras clave: br>
Realizar una investigación de palabras clave para identificar oportunidades para la optimización del sitio web y la creación de contenido. Analizar y seleccionar palabras clave relevantes para mejorar nuestra presencia en línea. br>
Redacción de contenido: br>
Contribuir a la creación de contenido atractivo y optimizado para SEO, incluidas publicaciones de blog, artículos y actualizaciones de redes sociales. < r>Colaborar con el equipo de contenido para garantizar que el contenido se alinee con los objetivos de SEO.
Desarrollar contenido utilizando herramientas de IA; ChatGPT, Bard, Bing, etc.

SEO On-Page (SEO en la página): br>
Ayudar a optimizar el contenido del sitio web, las metaetiquetas y otros elementos en la página para mejorar la visibilidad en los motores de búsqueda. < r>Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los creadores de contenido para implementar las mejores prácticas de SEO. < r>

Análisis e Informes: br>

Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and highly creative Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager to lead and execute Reboot Monkey’s global digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for building our brand presence, generating leads, increasing traffic, and supporting business development through targeted campaigns across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy & Growth - Develop and execute a full-funnel digital marketing strategy tailored to Reboot Monkey’s B2B tech services.
  • Launch and manage performance campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other key platforms.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion - Design and optimize conversion funnels to drive sales-qualified leads for enterprise clients and technical recruitment projects.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams to align on messaging and pipeline goals.
  • Content & Brand Storytelling - Create and oversee high-impact content—blogs, social posts, newsletters, case studies, whitepapers, and more.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and tone across all digital touchpoints.
  • SEO, SEM & Analytics - Improve our organic presence through advanced SEO strategies (technical + content-based).
  • Plan and execute paid search/display/social campaigns with a focus on ROI.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics using tools like GA4, Pipedrive, Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Website Management & Optimization - Oversee website strategy and updates (in collaboration with designers/devs) to ensure optimal UX, SEO, and lead capture.
  • Run A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve landing page performance.
  • Partnerships, PR & Outreach - Explore digital partnerships, guest posting, and backlink-building strategies to expand brand reach.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B tech or IT services.
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Strong command of tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Pipedrive, WordPress, GA4, SEMrush, Canva, or similar.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Data-oriented mindset with a deep understanding of performance marketing and analytics.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in an agile, remote-first environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Junior PPC Specialist , you’ll help plan, run, and analyze paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels. Working with senior marketers and content teams, you’ll focus on generating qualified leads for our IT outsourcing services, testing new ideas, and turning data into actions that boost results. You’ll have the opportunity to experiment and learn in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

What you will do
  • Develop, test, and optimize compelling ad copies to improve campaign performance;
  • Assist in developing and executing paid media strategies (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.);
