Xometry is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Social Media Strategist to lead the day-to-day management and strategic growth of our corporate presence across key platforms – including LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and more. This role will be instrumental in upholding our brand voice, engaging with our online community, and ensuring timely and appropriate responses to user-generated content that involves or references our company.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and understands the nuances of each platform. Strong monitoring, content flagging, and real-time response capabilities are essential.
What you’ll be doing:- Platform Management: Manage and maintain our corporate profiles across all major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, Snapchat and more).
- Organic Content Creation: Collaborate with marketing, communications and design teams to plan and produce high-quality, on-brand content (graphics, videos, copy) tailored to each platform.
- Optimize Paid Content : Help identify which organic posts to amplify, repurpose into paid campaigns, and how to tailor content themes for paid performance (e.g., thought leadership ads on LinkedIn).
- Content Scheduling & Publishing: Develop and execute content calendars; schedule posts using tools including Vista Social or native platforms.
- Brand Monitoring & Engagement: Track and monitor tags, mentions, and relevant conversations across platforms. Identify trends, respond to comments and messages promptly, and escalate issues or opportunities as appropriate.
- Community Management: Foster positive community engagement by interacting with users in a brand-appropriate tone and voice. Address customer inquiries or concerns in collaboration with customer service or PR teams when needed.
- Content Flagging & Risk Management: Proactively identify and flag user-generated content that may present reputational risks, ensuring it is reviewed and addressed quickly.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators and deliver regular reports that highlight trends, engagement, growth, and ROI across platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, communications, PR, and HR to align social strategy with company goals and campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4-5 years of experience in social media strategy, preferably in a corporate or B2B setting.
- Experience in content creation and digital marketing, preferably in a corporate or B2B setting.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Proficiency with monitoring and publishing tools (e.g., Vista Social).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and an instinct for brand protection.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience handling sensitive or reputationally impactful content is a plus.
- Familiarity with paid social campaign strategy and execution.
- Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Background in PR, communications or journalism.

About the Team:The Growth Marketing Team leads the company's efforts to acquire new eaters across a variety of channels. The role:As a Senior Associate, Paid Social, you’ll play a critical role our paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, X, and emerging platforms. You’ll leverage data, creative, and audience insights to drive high-ROI acquisition while maintaining CAC efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, DTC environments and is excited to build a best-in-class paid social program at the intersection of performance marketing, creative, and product.
The Senior Associate, Paid Social within CookUnity’s in-house growth team will be responsible for contributing to the development of our paid social media strategy while owning tactical execution of that strategy to achieve performance objectives. Bringing expert knowledge of the social landscape and applying insights based on data and consumer behavior, the ideal candidate will scale our paid social channels while also keeping the broader Growth team informed on emerging trends and technologies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong media background to drive the paid social media strategy with our key partners and internal stakeholders across Brand, Technology, Data and Product.
Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social, the Senior Associate, Paid Social will manage campaigns across paid social channels, leverage data and testing to optimize performance, and work cross-functionally with the creative, data and tech teams to support channel growth. This role will collaborate closely with the CRM, Creative, and Brand teams as well as collaborate cross-functionally with the Product, Tech, and Design teams.
Responsibilities 1. Own and Execute Paid Social Growth Strategy- Develop, implement, and optimize a full-funnel paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, X, and emerging channels.
- Manage and scale multi-million dollar budgets while improving customer acquisition costs (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV).
- Drive incremental customer acquisition while maintaining efficiency, ensuring campaigns are scalable and profitable.
- Continuously analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
- Leverage media mix modeling and incrementality testing to understand channel impact.
- Work closely with the Performance Creative team to develop and test high-converting ad creatives across static, video, and UGC formats.
- Conduct audience segmentation and targeting experiments to scale high-LTV cohorts.
- Define a structured A/B testing roadmap for campaign creative, audience strategies, bidding strategies, ad formats, and other key performance drivers.
- Partner with Growth Product and CRO teams to develop and test landing pages that improve conversion rates.
- Explore new automation, AI, and machine learning tools for real-time optimization.
- Work with Brand, Product, Tech, and Data Science teams to align paid social strategies with the overall growth vision.
- Collaborate with Performance Creative to drive data-driven storytelling that resonates with CookUnity’s target customers.
- Partner with the CRM team to ensure new customers transition seamlessly into the lifecycle journey for retention.
- Monitor platform updates, policy changes, and new advertising features across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and others.
- Bring innovation into CookUnity’s paid social approach, identifying emerging trends, betas, and AI-driven tools that can drive efficiencies.
- Report key findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring CookUnity remains ahead of competitors.
- 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, with an emphasis on paid social within high-growth DTC companies.
- Advanced English skills
- A Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.
- Collaborative attitude and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data analytics and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker, and/or Mixpanel.
- A creative-minded person with a strong interest in developing a cohesive brand presence across marketing touchpoints.
- Outstanding degree of understanding in a marketing or tech-related subject (e.g. adtech, data science, engineering, economics, marketing, business).
- Generate solutions from deconstructing problems derived from qualitative (e.g., branding, design, campaign creatives) and quantitative (e.g., performance, attribution, LTV) marketing challenges.
- Experience in managing large marketing budgets at high growth companies and/or performance marketing agencies.

The Role:The social media manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing social media campaigns and community growth strategies for Bitfinex. We are looking for an experienced social media manager who understands our company, as well as trading and financial and crypto markets, and can speak in the language of professional and institutional investors. The successful candidate will be able to bring our values and campaigns to life across our social media channels.
You will develop and execute a social media strategy for Bitfinex that develops our presence and identity with the aim of bringing higher levels of engagement and trust among our customers and followers.

Conceptualize, categorize, visualize, edit and execute every piece of social content that goes out.
Create and manage social distribution plans and schedules that align with wider marketing and business efforts.
Define and track key performance indicators and use these to report on your strategies and campaigns to the rest of the team and management on a weekly basis.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Video Producer to lead the charge in creating bold, high-performing video content across formats and platforms. You’ll be responsible for every phase of the video production pipeline—from ideation to publishing. Whether it’s long-form podcasts or punchy TikTok content, your work will shape how our brand shows up online. This is a role for a creative leader who’s excited to experiment, iterate, and push visual boundaries alongside a talented in-house graphic designer.
Responsibilities:
- Own the YouTube content strategy and execution from day one.
- Produce and edit long-form podcasts and transform them into engaging clips for social media.
- Optimize content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid social ads.
- Collaborate with our graphic designer and marketing team to bring brand stories to life.
- Stay on top of platform trends and algorithm changes—and help us adapt fast.
- Guide the team on video best practices, content structure, and what actually performs online.
- Proven success creating and growing content for YouTube and social platforms.
- At least 4 years of experience in video production with a strong focus on social-first content.
- Strong editing skills with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Sharp storytelling instincts—especially for short-form content.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and move quickly.
- Bonus if you’ve worked on podcasts or performance marketing content.

Objetivo del rol:
Buscamos un perfil creativo, proactivo y orientado a resultados, con experiencia en gestión integral de redes sociales, diseño de contenido visual atractivo y creación de copys persuasivos. Será clave la capacidad de generar contenido en primera persona y manejar herramientas de diseño y edición.
Requisitos:
-Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en marketing digital, diseño gráfico y gestión de redes sociales.
-Residencia en CABA o GBA.
-Manejo avanzado de Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator y Canva.
-Redacción de copys efectivos y creativos para redes sociales.
-Conocimientos en fotografía y edición de video (Premiere Pro, CapCut u otras).
-Experiencia en creación de contenido tipo UGC (contenido generado en primera persona).
-Portfolio actualizado con ejemplos de diseño, contenido y videos editados (excluyente).
Responsabilidades:
-Diseñar contenido visual atractivo para redes sociales.
-Planificar y ejecutar calendarios de contenido alineados a los objetivos de la marca.
-Redactar copys estratégicos para cada publicación.
