- Formación en marketing, comunicación, diseño, carreras afines.

About the Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving demand generation and accelerating growth for our business. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across key B2B channels including Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
As a core member of the marketing team, the Digital Marketing Specialist will manage campaigns from setup through to reporting, ensuring performance data is translated into clear insights and actionable strategies. Partnering closely with regional sales, and the campaigns team, this individual will help scale high-performing initiatives, strengthen our digital presence, and directly support pipeline creation and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid demand generation campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, creative testing, and bid strategies.
- Build and execute A/B tests to improve CTRs, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Track and report on campaign KPIs (CTR, CPL, lead volume, conversion rates), with exposure to pipeline and revenue metrics as part of team reporting.
- Partner with campaigns, content, and design teams to ensure messaging resonates with target personas.

Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing: Design and execute paid campaigns on Meta, X, and Google Ads, optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Affiliates & Influencers: Build and scale a network of affiliates and influencers to increase brand credibility and reach.
- Content & Creativity: Collaborate on the creation of landing pages, creatives, and funnels tailored for a B2B environment.
- Marketing Automation: Use Go High Level to build automated funnels, manage workflows, and maximize conversions.
- Sales Support: Handle inbound leads with professionalism, empathy, and a results-oriented approach.
- Analytics & Optimization: Measure and report on campaigns, continuously test, and implement data-driven improvements.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience leading digital marketing campaigns for B2B or B2C products, with proven ROI across Meta, X, and Google.
- Strong expertise in affiliate programs and influencer marketing.
- Advanced knowledge of Go High Level (or similar automation and funnel tools).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to guide inbound leads through to closing.
- Analytical and data-driven profile, with experience optimizing performance metrics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: autonomy, creativity, and adaptability to thrive in fast-growth environments.
