Buscamos un Analista de Marketing Digital para sumarse al equipo de Sygsa.
Responsabilidades- Implementar la estrategia comunicacional de la compañía a nivel corporativo y de Unidad Estratégica de Negocios (UEN) con el objetivo de afianzar el posicionamiento de marca y generación de prospectos comerciales para los diferentes productos comerciales de la compañía.
- Llevar adelante la estrategia publicitaria de sygsa S.A. en los distintos formatos existentes.
- Coordinar y dirigir la generación de los distintos elementos y documentos que componen la estrategia comercial de cada UN (brochures comerciales, documentos de materialidad, renders, visualizaciones 360°, maquetas, etc.)
- Proponer y llevar adelante la estrategia de contenido en página web y redes sociales.
- Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de comunicación en las obras .
- Proponer el merchandising a utilizar, tanto a nivel corporativo como de cada desarrollo inmobiliario.
- Ser estudiante avanzado o graduado de Marketing o carreras afines (excluyente)
- Experiencia en tareas relacionadas (mínimo dos años)
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, trabajo en equipo, flexibilidad, proactividad
Lugar de trabajo: Hernadez (presencial)

- Administrar y optimizar la tienda online de Construyo al Costo.

- Growth strategy - Work with Executive Team and external partners to understand, test and manage various go-to-market strategies to grow our brand.
- Drive scalable lead generation through our multi-channel strategy (content marketing, referrals, etc.).
- Develop and execute social media strategies for brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategy alignment.
- Social media management - Manage all social media channels, ensuring content is engaging and on-brand.
- Create and curate content (text, images, videos) for target audience engagement.
- Build a content calendar so your posts stay on schedule.
- Establish social media advertising workflows.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices through researching your audience.
- Analytics and reporting - Monitor trends, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Set and track performance through establishing KPIs for campaign success.
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Social Media, and/or Growth role (preferably in a fast-growing or startup environment).
- 2+ years of experience working for a U.S. client (preferably a startup).
- Creative AND strategic thinker, with the ability to develop innovative social media strategies that drive results and build a brand.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools for content scheduling, monitoring, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms AND their trends/audience behavior, including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and more.
