**Vas a tener el desafío de.**
- Ser la voz del cliente dentro de la compañía.
- Anticipar, analizar y alinear las necesidades del producto con los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía.
- Definir los KPI’s del producto y alinearlos con los KPI’s de negocio.
- Consensuar y definir, con los principales interesados de negocio, el roadmap de producto.
- Definir, detallar y priorizar el backlog de objetivos alineados al roadmap.
- Determinar el criterio, basado en datos, para medir el éxito de cada iniciativa priorizada e implementada.
- Administrar e iterar el backlog de objetivos.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
- Evaluar los resultados del producto mediante análisis cualitativos-cuantitativos de las funcionalidades productivas.
- Establecer y garantizar los canales de comunicación que permitan informar y alinear a los distintos interesados del producto.
Requerimientos
**Para tomar este rol necesitamos que cuentes con.**
- De 2 a 5 años de experiência como Product Owner / Product Manager.
- Experiência en gestión de productos y tecnologías de software con visión data-driven.
- Fuerte orientación a resultados.
- Profundo conocimiento en metodologías ágiles.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas, comunicación y negociación.

Account Executive US
We are an untraditional SaaS revenue organization, built to support a rapidly scaling technology start-up driven by product-led-growth and sales (PLG / PLS). We are looking for top talents to build and scale within the US market. Specific responsibilities for account executives include prospecting and nurturing larger named accounts - SMB and mid enterprise customers - who are looking for a better way to connect with their customers and find product market fit. You will work closely with customers end-to-end throughout their lifecycle - from concept to technical requirements, implementation, adoption, expansion, and paid.
This role is hybrid and will require you to be in the office located in Olivos, Buenos Aires, twice a week.
Activities related to this role will, for example, include:
- Driving business opportunities in the US market for SMB and commercial customers.
- Build outreach to existing rolodex and new opportunities, working with SDRs
- Relentless manage customer followup and your own pipeline, against quotas
- Work with our Growth team to increase product awareness
- Nurture and follow up with customers to share relevant use cases, find key decision makers, and gather requirements
- Guide customers through implementation plans to further adoption and drive paid conversion
- Work with our Product and Engineering to share feedback and feature requests
- Create content and refine scripts to support the customer journey and engagement points
- Maintain pipeline data and account information in DevRev's in-house CRM
Experienced Sales Executive with proven track record to SaaS, IT/ B2B technology companies, ideally with CRM Industry Knowledge.
- We are seeking candidates who either have experience selling SaaS in the US market or possess a sales background with study or living experience in the US.
- Experience: 2 years in a closing role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (almost native)
- New Business Development Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate leads and expand the customer base.

- The Platform Core team is responsible for managing Infrastructure as Code for parts of our Core Platform Layer (Kubernetes Clusters, Message Broker backends, Infrastructure tooling) , providing a distributed runtime platform that ensures optimal performance of our business web applications, APIs, and backend services
- Building our Infrastructure Platforms as self-service to our developers and providing guidance and tooling for developers to self-manage their applications across environments
- Continuously improve and develop our platforms based on business needs. Analyze, diagnose, and solve issues of efficiency, performance, and scale collaborating cross-functionally with colleagues from different teams
Right now, we are looking to strengthen further the management of our Container Platform and Kafka Messaging Platform and looking for a DevOps engineer with strong knowledge and experience in Kubernetes administration and managing Kafka infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge and experience in setting up and administering Kubernetes clusters, preferably with experience with AWS EKS and Rancher RKE.
- Strong knowledge and experience of managing Kafka infrastructure in a geo-distributed setup, administration, and configuration of such service.
- Managing Cloud Infrastructure via Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, with a good understanding of Terraform modules and workflows.
- Experience working with cloud providers, with AWS as preference, and strong knowledge with Cloud provider services such as EC2, ALBs, VPC, and EKS.
- Experience in building scalable and distributed infrastructure.
- Experience in using versioned source control to manage code changes.
- Familiarity with the open-source monitoring stack of Prometheus/Grafana.
- Ability to write scripts in Python, Bash, Powershell, or similar.
- Experience in using and managing Linux distributions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of best practices in IT operations, such as ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) and DevOps principles.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Required to be on an On-call support schedule.
