  • Experiencia en proyectos EPCM de Minería, Oil & Gas, agroindustria, industrias en general, en sitio y ambientes multiculturales
  • Manejo de Office (avanzado).
  • Inglés intermedio – avanzado (oral y escrito).
  • Disponibilidad para realizar viajes/visitas a sitio y oficina técnica en sitio.
  • Perfil autónomo y proactivo, con capacidad para buenas relaciones interpersonales interactuando con equipos de trabajo multidisciplinarios propios y con el cliente.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en un entorno global, y en cumplimiento de hitos/objetivos.

Overview

As a Technical Project Manager for the Engineering Team, you will play a critical role in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex technical projects and initiatives. Responsibilities

Facilitate discussions and conflict resolutions during planning and other sprint meetings. Organize demos ahead of releases and ensure relevant signoffs are obtained before the deliverables go live.
  • Resource Allocation and Management: Oversee the allocation of engineering resources, including software developers, QA engineers, and other technical professionals. Coordinate with resource managers to ensure the right skill sets are available for project needs.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality reviews and ensure that the delivered solutions meet specified criteria. Track metrics for development and production.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks and create risk mitigation plans. Implement contingency plans to address unexpected issues and maintain project momentum. Highlight risks, schedule and effort variances as they occur and help engineering, product and business owners with insights to take informed decisions.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders. Maintain project documentation, including plans, requirements, and technical specifications.

About the job

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee and guide development efforts on a project. This role involves working with developers, product managers, and the CTO to drive project success to steer development efforts while being hands-on wherever needed.

Strong understanding of Node.js development and a proven track record of successful product launches are essential. Additionally the role involves adapting to a modular development pattern and building on top of the Holepunch peer to peer stack for our projects. Prior experience with peer to peer stack is great to have.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, oversee and plan day to day development activities.

  • Collaborate with developers, product and leadership to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Guide the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

  • Provide guidance and resolve technical issues when required.

  • Ensure timely delivery according to project timelines.

  • Drive improvements in process and practices.

  • Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.


  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role , managing multiple projects.

  • 2+ years of experience in software development (Node.js).

  • Basic understanding of peer to peer systems is essential.

  • Basic experience with Python, C++ and Rust is good to have.

  • Proven experience launching successful products.

  • Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices and good development practices.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.

  • Experience in handling developers of varying experience levels.

  • Experience with modern dev practices: CI/CD, automated testing, agile.

Our client, a US-based company, is looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join their team for a short-term project of 3 months. This role requires strong expertise in test automation, cloud-based testing environments, and collaboration with developers to build a reliable test pyramid.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement test strategies, including risk assessment.
  • Work with modern test automation tools (WebDriverIO, Selenium, Cucumber-js, Appium, Cypress, TestCafe, etc.).
  • Build and maintain automated test suites in pipelines.
  • Perform API testing and write E2E integration tests (Playwright, Supertest/Jest).
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure coverage of the test pyramid.
  • Work with cloud devices and browser providers.
  • Configure and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and generate test reports.
  • Apply version control best practices (Git or similar).
Requirements
  • Proven experience in QA automation within Agile environments.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and API libraries.
  • Strong understanding of building tests from unit level upward (test pyramid).

Were Looking For a Senior DevOps Engineer

Were looking for engineers who enjoy building from scratch and thrive in complex cloud environments. Youll be part of a skilled team leading a major cloud migration project, transitioning from AWS to Azure and helping design and implement scalable, secure infrastructure.

This role is hands-on: youll help set up core services, contribute to key decisions, and work closely with principal engineers to bring the new Azure environment to life.

What Youll Be Doing

Support the implementation of a new Azure environment to complement an existing AWS-based system

Build and automate infrastructure components, services, and pipelines using Terraform or similar tools

Implement CI/CD processes and integrate DevOps best practices from the ground up

Collaborate with cloud architects to align implementation with technical and business requirements

Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and cost and suggest improvements where needed

Help ensure security and compliance across environments

Participate in daily standups and agile ceremonies with the distributed team

What You Bring

4+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure roles

Solid hands-on experience with Azure services and cloud-native architecture

Familiarity with AWS (to understand parallels and integration points)

Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates

Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins

Understanding of cloud security, networking, and identity/access management

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience participating in cloud migration or hybrid cloud initiatives

Familiarity with data platforms (lakehouse architecture, Synapse, etc.)

Exposure to monitoring/logging tools (e.g. Azure Monitor, Datadog)
