Descripción Del Trabajo

Food has lost its soul to modern convenience. And with it, has lost the power to nourish, inspire, and connect us. So in 2018, CookUnity was founded as the first-of-its-kind platform that connects the world with the source of truly great food: chefs. Today, CookUnity delivers 35 million meals a year from the industry’s best chefs to homes all over the country. Fresh. Ready-to-eat. And crafted with the passion that nourishes body and soul.

Unwilling to stop there, CookUnity is expanding beyond delivery to become an ever-innovating marketplace focused on our singular mission: empower Chefs to nourish the world.

If that mission has you hungry in more ways than one, you’ve found the right job posting.

About the Team:

At CookUnity, the Brand Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing world-class marketing activations and experiences that drive organic growth through brand awareness and earn loyalty beyond reason. This team sets the vision and strategy for the brand and brings it to life with strategic rigor, creative excellence, and cultural relevance. Through insight-inspired, data-led brand storytelling and experiences, CookUnity’s Brand Marketing team builds a category-defining brand loved by an entire generation of foodies.

The Role: Campaign Designer

We’re looking for a creative designer with a strong background in visual storytelling for marketing campaigns, ideally with experience translating brand identity systems into fully integrated 360° campaigns — from concept to delivery — across paid and earned channels (digital, OOH, OTT, podcasts, YouTube, social media, etc.).

This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to turn strategic insights into cohesive, on-brand creative that drives awareness and engagement at upper-funnel stages and facilitates conversion in acquisition channels. The ideal candidate understands the language of marketing, is an expert on design best practices across key media formats, and can adapt concepts to fit the needs of each platform. This person should also have a good understanding of the technical aspects of advertising and campaign design to ensure final assets delivered are fully prepared to media specifications.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and elevate our brand identity across multiple consumer touchpoints, partnering with creative and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful design solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and adapt campaign visuals for distribution in digital ads, social content, OOH, YouTube, email, and other media placements, in collaboration with Brand Marketing, key stakeholders, and external agency partners.
  • Lead the development of marketing creative assets that draw from channel best practices to maximize performance while elevating and maintaining brand consistency.
  • Partner with media and performance teams to understand creative testing needs and iterate designs for improved results.
  • Ensure all creative work meets brand standards while optimizing for each platform’s specifications and best practices.
  • Knowledge of specifications and technical file preparation for all media deliverables, ensuring assets meet platform and channel requirements.
  • Ability to create design templates tailored to each channel to drive executional efficiency and consistency, while allowing flexibility for creative testing and iteration.
  • Review and provide constructive feedback on agency-delivered creative to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with CookUnity’s brand vision.
  • Maintain awareness of design trends, new media formats, and tools, bringing fresh, culturally relevant ideas to campaigns.
  • Incorporate innovative design elements and leverage AI-based tools to enhance creative output and user experience.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, balancing creativity, quality, and deadlines.
  • Leverage advanced proficiency in design software including Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop, to deliver exceptional design outputs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field
  • 3–5 years of design experience at a leading creative agency or consumer brand with a focus on marketing campaigns
  • Portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects across multiple channels, showcasing strong visual design skills and understanding of design principles
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance creative work, and enthusiasm for exploring, experimenting with, and adopting emerging AI technologies.
  • Understanding of media asset specifications, upper-funnel marketing, and cross-channel consistency
  • Experience working closely with copywriters, marketers, and production teams
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring design excellence in every deliverable
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative remote team environment
  • Experience delivering design solutions in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for design, paired with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
