SOBRE EL ROL
Como Sr. Associate, Sales Account Management en SC Johnson, serás responsable de detectar oportunidades en el cliente mediante el análisis de la información recibida y de la plaza/canal en donde se desarrolla la actividad del cliente a cargo.

The opportunity We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead the client management activities on our multi-country payroll operate engagements. The role will reside within our Service Management Office (SMO) . SMO is a centralized function responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of payroll services across multiple countries and servicing the client globally in line with the EY Payroll Operate practices. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engagement Partners (EPs) and Engagement Managers (EMs) to ensure consistent service delivery and client management for designated accounts.
- Coordinate with global teams to deliver payrolls that meet contractual scope, timeliness, quality, and service level agreements.
- Develop and uphold standardized service management documentation, process flows, and procedures for cross-country client consistency and efficiency.
- Ensure the consistent usage of the global payroll technology and processes to support the multi-country services.
- Train and support all EY teams to proficiently use standardized client processes and systems.
- Facilitate communication with client contacts at all levels and EY teams, both central and local.
- Conduct regular client reviews, including SLA reporting and issue log maintenance, in collaboration with country teams and EP/EMs.
- Oversee annual rollover tasks, such as calendar preparation and EY tool updates.
- Partner with operations leads to address escalations, prepare root cause analysis, and communicate outcomes to clients with EP/EM alignment.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Minimum 10 years of experience in payroll operations or management, with a strong focus on international payroll management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in a global context.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Experience with payroll technology platforms and an understanding of how to leverage technology to improve payroll operations.
- Commercial acumen, an ability to manage Engagement Economics holistically ensuring profitable and happy clients.

The Role:
The Local Reporting and Tax Compliance (LRTC) Organisation is responsible for the preparation of the local financial statements, tax returns, and tax accounting for SAP subsidiaries worldwide.
The LRTC organization belongs to the CFO Board area, and it is directly assigned to the Chief Accounting Officer of SAP within Global Accounting, Reporting and Tax (GAR&T).
In this position, you will prepare financial statements, tax returns, and tax accounting, leveraging your expertise in IFRS, local GAAPs, tax laws, and technical accounting to manage local reporting and tax compliance for multiple entities. You will engage in cross-functional projects, contribute to automation initiatives, and gain exposure to complex topics.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Financial Statements: Following IFRS and other GAAPs, ensuring identification of differences between IFRS versus local GAAPs.
- Coordinate or Prepare Tax Returns: CIT, VAT, WHT, and other taxes, ensuring compliance with tax laws and identification of deductible and non-deductible items.
- Collaboration: With internal and external stakeholders including CFOs, Local Chief Accountants, Local Tax Managers, Treasury, Controlling, internal and external auditors, Government and Tax Authorities.
- Continuous Improvement: Support the automation and standardisation of tax returns and financial statement preparation in accordance with SAP's strategy to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Address Complexity: Provide expertise and solutions and dive into complex topics like hyperinflation, M&As, transfer pricing, global minimum tax, etc.
- Technical Analysis: Research and prepare technical memorandums to address scenarios supporting the rationale for the accounting treatments at subsidiary level (only for T3, delete for T2)
Role Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with at least 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in preparing and/or auditing financial statements– Big Four experience is a plus.
- Deep professional experience in accounting and application of IFRS
- Ability to articulate viewpoints with excellent communication skills
- Assertive and able to work both independently and within a global team
- Fluent in spoken and written English (other languages are a plus)
- Excellent in MS Excel, knowledge of accounting-related functionalities in SAP ERP is a plus
- University degree in finance, accounting, tax, or audit (CPA/ CA/ ACCA/ ATT/ CTA/ ADIT a plus).

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to support the Finance Manager as part of the Financial Planning & Analysis Team. The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will play a critical role in developing and optimizing financial planning and analysis solutions used to deliver actionable insights for business growth. The candidate should exercise independence and good judgment when developing and formulating comprehensive responses to satisfy business requests, which may be complex in nature. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions, automate reporting processes to enhance data-driven decision-making, and perform general data analytics. Specific responsibilities include:
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that meet FP&A operational needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs to develop solutions and tools.
- Analyze budgets, actuals, and forecasts to develop insights for senior leadership.
- Develop knowledge of company applications, databases, and data pipelines for problem solving.
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders to understand data structures and develop solutions.
- Assess data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems and reports.
- Create queries and scripts for data extraction from various sources.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to support analysis.
- Analyze source data to explain variances and anomalies, working with data owners as needed.
- Serve as a technical expert in FP&A reporting and analytical solutions.
- Develop models for analysis, business planning, and reporting on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Skills & Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, finance, or related field; Master’s degree or certifications are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in financial data and reporting analysis; insurance industry experience is a plus.
- Experience with financial reporting, result analysis, and communicating findings.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical issues to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis and developing complex solutions.
- Technical skills: extensive experience with SQL (preferably Microsoft SQL Server), Power BI, and Excel; Alteryx experience is a plus.
- Experience working in high-volume, complex data environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
- Good writing skills for documenting solutions and procedures.
- Self-starter with initiative, ready to start immediately.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
