This position is on-site.

1. Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, cost, schedule, risks, and quality.
2. Lead and supervise daily execution of complex engineering and industrial projects.
3. Monitor deliverables, progress, contractor performance, and schedule compliance.
4. Coordinate and chair project meetings, prepare progress reports, and escalate critical issues for client decision-making.
5. Drive risk, issue, and change management, ensuring proactive mitigation and structured decision-making.
6. Coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.
7. Ensure proper implementation of project controls, reporting, and governance structures.
8. Manage stakeholder relationships, acting as the main communication point with contractors, suppliers, regulators, and client management.
9. Support budget tracking and reporting, providing early alerts on deviations and risks.
10. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and ethical standards throughout all project phases.
11. Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and lessons learned to optimize project delivery.

1. Mandatory: University degree in Engineering.
2. At least 15 years of professional experience managing large-scale projects in infrastructure, energy, or related industries.
3. Experience in nuclear reactors projects is highly valued.
4. Experience in industrial processes or complex industrial facilities.
5. Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

Buscamos un Estimador de Costos Senior con experiencia comprobada en Early Production Facilities (EPF), plantas de tratamiento primario y proyectos de ductos (oleoductos y gasoductos). El candidato ideal deberá contar con un sólido historial en estimaciones de costos y gestión de costos, con capacidad para elaborar estimaciones precisas en todas las etapas del proyecto y aportar recomendaciones estratégicas para optimizar presupuestos.

Requisitos Excluyentes:

• Título universitario en Ingeniería Civil, Mecánica, Química o afines.

• Más de 10 años de experiencia comprobadaen estimaciones de costos y gestión de costos en proyectos de oil & gas.

• Experiencia específica en instalaciones EPF, plantas de tratamiento primario y construcción de ductos (oleoductos y gasoductos).

• Sólidas habilidades analíticas y manejo de herramientas y metodologías de estimación estándar de la industria.

Responsabilidades Principales:

• Elaborar estimaciones de costos detalladas desde la etapa de factibilidad hasta la ejecución.

• Apoyar los procesos de control de costos, seguimiento presupuestario e informes.

• Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para asegurar la precisión de costos y el cumplimiento de objetivos.

• Identificar oportunidades de ahorro manteniendo los estándares técnicos y de seguridad.
