The Role
As an Account Manager, you'll be the air traffic controller for the client journey and growth. From the moment a firm signs on with us, you'll own their onboarding, manage communication, measure performance, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to launch.
- Create and maintain client battlecards and documentation for our sales team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication (primarily via Slack).
- Track and manage deadlines, deliverables, and timelines to keep projects on schedule.
- Manage calendars for client accounts and their assigned sales professionals.
- Organize client inputs from forms or calls into actionable formats for internal teams.
- Review weekly account performance metrics (calls booked, show rates, lead sources, sales rep performance, pipeline conversion, etc.), highlight trends, and flag issues or opportunities to leadership.
- Identify workflow gaps and propose process improvements to strengthen efficiency.
- Partner with leadership to align client success with business growth goals.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in account management, client success, or project management at an agency or fast-moving services company (non-negotiable).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — clear, professional, proactive.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong at follow-through.
- Comfortable managing multiple clients/accounts at once.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Bonus Points
- Experience building onboarding workflows, SOPs, or playbooks.
- Sales enablement or delivery team support background.
- Exposure to RevOps or revenue performance analysis (comfortable looking at week-over-week numbers and identifying trends).
