Conocimientos / Skills técnicos:
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Agile Coach o facilitador/a ágil liderando equipos de desarrollo y transformación organizacional.
- Conocimiento práctico y aplicado de Scrum y Kanban, incluyendo facilitación de ceremonias, gestión de tableros y métricas.
- Experiencia demostrable en procesos de discovery (Lean Inception, Design Thinking, Continuous Discovery u otros).
- Habilidades blandas desarrolladas: comunicación asertiva, empatía, liderazgo situacional y resolución de conflictos.
- Experiencia en coaching a equipos multidisciplinarios y stakeholders de negocio y tecnología.
- Capacidad para facilitar workshops, dinámicas de alineación y espacios de mejora continua.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en formato híbrido/presencial (si aplica a tu contexto).
Responsabilidades del cargo:
- Acompañar a los equipos en la implementación y mejora de prácticas ágiles (Scrum, Kanban u otras).
- Facilitar eventos ágiles clave: dailys, retrospectivas, planning, refinamientos y workshops de discovery.
- Impulsar el desarrollo de habilidades de liderazgo, trabajo colaborativo y autogestión en los equipos.
- Detectar bloqueos y dinámicas disfuncionales, facilitando espacios para su resolución.
- Promover el uso de métricas y KPIs ágiles para la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
- Brindar mentoring y coaching individual y grupal a equipos y líderes de producto/proyecto.
- Colaborar con áreas de negocio y tecnología para alinear objetivos estratégicos y prioridades.

Job Description
The Technical Product Owner (TPO) integrates product ownership with technical project management to oversee large-scale infrastructure and automation initiatives following Agile methodology. The TPO manages complex projects within an enterprise environment, ensuring successful delivery through thorough planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
The TPO ensures the backlog is groomed and aligned with stakeholder and customer needs, utilizing rigorous methods to balance evolving, competing needs with limited resources.
The TPO will work closely with a team consisting of Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Test Engineers. The TPO must be able to analyze, compose, and communicate effective User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. This is a key role within the Product Management team, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to connect and create complete solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Agile ceremonies for complex technical projects across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints
- Conduct monthly PI planning with key stakeholders and leadership
- Manage feature intake, backlog, and sprint dependencies using Agile methodologies
- Review and approve organizational deliveries via acceptance criteria, demos, and UAT
- Create and distribute clear project documentation including status reports, and executive summaries for executive leadership review
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, business units, and external vendors while removing obstacles to project success
- Lead and collaborate on refining technical direction
- Establish project metrics, tracking systems, and reporting mechanisms
- Handle cross-team dependencies and stakeholder relationships
- Oversee technical documentation and acceptance criteria
- Promote Agile adoption within the organization
- Serve as a voice of customers on new or already existing products
- Highlight product features in a manner understandable to development teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product manager or technical product owner experience in enterprise settings
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or computer science
- Agile certifications
- Highly proficient in Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and methodologies
- Strong technical background in software development and infrastructure, with ability to understand technical concepts and drive technical direction
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail, and superior time management.
- Enterprise-scale product ownership
- Experience in complex production environments
- Contact center infrastructure and unified communications experience
- Technical experience with Azure Cloud and GCP

Job Description
The Technical Product Owner (TPO) integrates product ownership with technical project management to oversee large-scale infrastructure and automation initiatives following Agile methodology. The TPO manages complex projects within an enterprise environment, ensuring successful delivery through thorough planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
The TPO ensures the backlog is groomed and aligned with stakeholder and customer needs, utilizing rigorous methods to balance evolving, competing needs with limited resources.
The TPO will work closely with a team consisting of Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Test Engineers. The TPO must be able to analyze, compose, and communicate effective User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. This is a key role within the Product Management team, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to connect and create complete solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Agile ceremonies for complex technical projects across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints
- Conduct monthly PI planning with key stakeholders and leadership
- Manage feature intake, backlog, and sprint dependencies using Agile methodologies
- Review and approve organizational deliveries via acceptance criteria, demos, and UAT
- Create and distribute clear project documentation including status reports, and executive summaries for executive leadership review
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, business units, and external vendors while removing obstacles to project success
- Lead and collaborate on refining technical direction
- Establish project metrics, tracking systems, and reporting mechanisms
- Handle cross-team dependencies and stakeholder relationships
- Oversee technical documentation and acceptance criteria
- Promote Agile adoption within the organization
- Serve as a voice of customers on new or already existing products
- Highlight product features in a manner understandable to development teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product manager or technical product owner experience in enterprise settings
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or computer science
- Agile certifications
- Highly proficient in Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and methodologies
- Strong technical background in software development and infrastructure, with ability to understand technical concepts and drive technical direction
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail, and superior time management.
- Enterprise-scale product ownership
- Experience in complex production environments
- Contact center infrastructure and unified communications experience
- Technical experience with Azure Cloud and GCP
- Cloud migration and infrastructure automation
- Digital transformation at Fortune 500 companies
- Infrastructure operations with strict SLAs
