  4. Feature engineering.
  5. Desarrollo de modelos de Machine Learning en Python.

  8. Entendimiento del pipeline de un proyecto (desde la extracción de datos hasta la implementación de un algoritmo en producción).

Experiencia en soluciones con inteligencia artificial generativa, utilizando modelos como GPT o Llama , frameworks como Langchain y su ecosistema (LangGraph y LangSmith), bases de datos vectoriales , y técnicas de testeo de este tipo de soluciones.

Conocimientos y experiencia en el desarrollo de proyectos con Python , BBDDs (SQL y noSQL), Sistemas de control de versiones (GitHub, GitLab), herramientas de BI o librerías de Python para desarrollar visualizaciones.

Vas a sumarte a un equipo que combina tecnología, diseño de procesos e impacto de negocio para construir soluciones reales con IA, desde prototipos hasta features productivos.

¿Qué desafíos te esperan?

  • Diseñar e implementar soluciones usando IA generativa, agentes y herramientas no-code.
  • Crear features completos o productos internos/externos basados en LLMs.
  • Automatizar flujos inter-área usando herramientas como Make, N8N y MCPs.
  • Trabajar codo a codo con equipos de Producto, Tech, Legal, Customer Ops, etc.
  • Usar herramientas como Cursor, JetBrains AI, y otras plataformas AI-powered.
  • Probar y evolucionar prompts avanzados para LLMs como GPT-4o y Claude.
  • Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tendencias de AI y evaluar su aplicación en Pomelo.

¿Qué esperamos de vos?

  • Experiencia previa construyendo soluciones con IA generativa (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
  • Dominio de prompt engineering avanzado.
  • Muy buen manejo de herramientas no-code / low-code: Make, N8N, Airtable, etc.
  • Experiencia en diseño de agentes autónomos / flujos inter-área.
  • Conocimiento técnico para entender APIs, integraciones, estructuras de datos.
  • Capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma y de liderar soluciones punta a punta.
  • Mentalidad creativa, experimental, iterativa.
  • (Deseable) Experiencia en desarrollo de producto o startups.

    Propuesta de trabajo

    Estamos buscando un AI Engineer para unirse a nuestro equipo y participar en el diseño e implementación de soluciones de IA Generativa . Este profesional será responsable de utilizar herramientas como LangChain, LangGraph, y LangSmith, así como modelos avanzados como GPT y Llama , para construir soluciones innovadoras. Su rol incluirá el diseño de pipelines escalables con Python y Docker , optimizando su despliegue e integración en entornos cloud. Además, debe ser experto en procesamiento de datos y en la personalización de agentes mediante técnicas avanzadas de machine learning. El AI Engineer tendrá como objetivo transformar datos en soluciones tecnológicas que generen valor tangible para el negocio.

    ¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
    1. Desarrollo de aplicaciones tipo RAG utilizando Python.
    2. Construir y personalizar agentes de lenguaje utilizando frameworks como Langchain, Langgraph, y Langsmith, integrando modelos como GPT y Llama.
    3. Análisis, limpieza y preprocesamiento de los datos.
    4. Feature engineering.
    5. Desarrollo de modelos de Machine Learning en Python.
    6. Visualizaciones con herramientas de BI o librerías de Python.
    7. Priorizar el uso de estándares y evitar malas prácticas (código y modelos).
    8. Entendimiento del pipeline de un proyecto (desde la extracción de datos hasta la implementación de un algoritmo en producción).
    9. Comunicación de manera clara de los resultados de una solución, traduciendo lo técnico para presentar los resultados a negocio.

    Experiencia en soluciones con inteligencia artificial generativa, utilizando modelos como GPT o Llama , frameworks como Langchain y su ecosistema (LangGraph y LangSmith), bases de datos vectoriales , y técnicas de testeo de este tipo de soluciones.

    Conocimientos y experiencia en el desarrollo de proyectos con Python , BBDDs (SQL y noSQL), Sistemas de control de versiones (GitHub, GitLab), herramientas de BI o librerías de Python para desarrollar visualizaciones.

    Valoraremos conocimientos y experiencia con Databricks . Es un plus experiencia con plataformas cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure, IBM .
