En Coppel Argentina queremos incorporar a un/a Analista Legal para sumarse a nuestras oficinas corporativas en Tigre.

Brindará soporte legal integral a las distintas áreas del negocio, siendo referente en cumplimiento normativo (especialmente BCRA y normativa financiera), redacción y negociación de contratos, y temas societarios. Su rol es clave para asegurar la seguridad jurídica de las operaciones, mitigar riesgos legales y regulatorios, y garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares internos y externos, en un entorno dinámico y altamente regulado.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Actuar como referente interno en la interpretación de normativas del BCRA y requerimientos regulatorios vinculados a la actividad financiera o fintech.
  • Realizar el seguimiento y contestación de sumarios y requerimientos de organismos de control.
  • Desarrollar, mantener y actualizar políticas y normas internas, asegurando el cumplimiento legal y regulatorio.
  • Elaborar y mantener matrices de riesgo legal y regulatorio, proponiendo e implementando controles para su mitigación.
  • Dar soporte en procesos de auditoría y certificaciones (normas ISO).
Contratos & Negociación Legal:
  • Redactar, revisar y negociar contratos comerciales con adquirentes, emisores, banderas, proveedores tecnológicos, partners estratégicos y clientes.
  • Asegurar que los contratos cumplan con la normativa vigente y las políticas internas de la compañía.
Derecho Societario:
  • Brindar soporte en la constitución, modificación y mantenimiento de sociedades, poderes, actas societarias, y documentación societaria general.
  • Coordinar con estudios jurídicos externos y equipos legales regionales para el cumplimiento de obligaciones societarias en distintas jurisdicciones.
  • Abogado/a graduado/a con matrícula vigente.
  • 3+ años en áreas legales de empresas de Retail, sector financiero, fintech, estudios jurídicos o corporativos.
  • Conocimiento sólido en normativa del BCRA, compliance corporativo, derecho societario y derecho contractual.

We help the world run better SAP is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to work within its Field Legal Organization in the Americas region. Based in Buenos Aires, you will be a part of the North America Field East Legal Team and will provide legal expertise for SAP and its business teams - particularly SAP’s sales teams - across the region (US Eastern Time Zone).Primary responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex technology cloud, service, license, and related agreements to help achieve SAP’s business growth strategies and objectives, within SAP risk tolerances, while maintaining SAP policies, and complying with applicable laws. In addition, you may support other internal lines of business/practice areas such as marketing, bankruptcy, procurement, etc. You will act as a prime contact for the relevant sales and related business teams and provide legal advice and counseling focusing primarily on cloud agreements, as well as on a wide variety of matters, including intellectual property, licensing, data privacy, and license compliance matters.You will need to demonstrate the ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements, working with SAP’s Shared Delivery Hubs (“SDH”), Centralized Deal Support (“CDS”) and Global Commercial Finance teams in their drafting of cloud agreements (focusing on the legal aspects), work with sales and services professionals, pricing and revenue recognition teams, and others, in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work with a cross-functional team across a wide organization is critical. This position spends a significant amount of time in customer facing negotiations. Experience in the Cloud (software-as-a-service) sector is strongly preferred. Familiarity with data privacy and cybersecurity regulations in the US and EU strongly preferred.The key accountabilities of the role are to :- Effectively structure, draft, redline, and negotiate with customers complex terms and agreements including cloud agreements, software licensing, professional services agreements, data processing agreements, etc. in support of SAP’s Cloud, Software, and Services business.- Work closely with internal Sales, Pricing, Revenue Recognition, Shared Delivery/Centralized Deal Support deal support teams during the drafting and negotiation process.- Serve as an escalation point for Shared Delivery/Centralized Deal Support services, Global Commercial Finance, and Sales Teams for legal and contracting issues.- Support SAP’s corporate business goals and objectives by serving as a true business partner, balancing legal risks appropriately against the commercial objectives.- Identify contractual risks and suggest alternatives that lead to optimal solutions. We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Legal Counsel to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary legal advisor on all employment law matters, working directly with leadership and People & Culture (formerly HR) teams to ensure compliance, foster positive labor relations, and champion best practices. You will also take the lead in negotiating and managing collective bargaining agreements with relevant unions.

+ Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience (PQE) focused exclusively on employment law, preferably within a multinational or technology-driven environment.
+ Proven track record in leading collective bargaining negotiations and union relations.
+ Strong knowledge of Argentinian labor legislation, jurisprudence, and regulatory landscape.
+ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Fluency in Spanish; professional proficiency in English is required.
+ Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively across diverse teams.

Korn Ferry is looking for a Legal Counsel to support its Digital business portfolio in the Asia-Pacific region. The position will provide legal and contracting assistance for SaaS platforms, assessments, IP licensing, training programs, and consulting solutions. The candidate should have knowledge of technology-driven services and regional legal frameworks. This role reports to the US. Travel is not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, accurate, and business-oriented legal advice on a wide range of commercial contracts, particularly those related to SaaS, digital platforms, IP licensing, training, and consulting services.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements including:
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to align legal strategies with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with local and regional laws, including data privacy, IP, and tax regulations.
  • Partner with external counsel and internal stakeholders to manage contract volume.
  • Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and legal policies tailored to digital offerings.
  • Support translation of contract templates.

Qualifications

  • Licensed to practice law in a relevant APAC jurisdiction.
  • 5–8 years of legal experience, preferably with a focus on technology, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and drafting in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with intellectual property, data privacy laws, and digital product compliance.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and international clients.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin required; additional APAC languages are a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and risk management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We are expanding our in-house legal team, creating an opportunity for an exceptional recent graduate as junior Legal Advisor or junior Legal Counsel. The successful candidate will be a rigorous and effective practitioner with a track record of academic achievement and social engagement. At Canonical they will have the opportunity to work on a variety of transactional matters in the technology and enterprise software realm, as well as the contracts that underpin global employment, contracting and partnerships. In this appointment we are more focused on ability than experience; the position is open to applicants with a relevant degree, but does not have a requirement for extensive work experience. The successful candidate will work closely with our in-house legal team and colleagues worldwide.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate good commercial judgment as well as being organized, efficient, and capable to provide high quality legal and commercial advice. Location : This role is home based in Europe, the Middle East, Africa or the Americas, with the option of our London office.

The role entails

  • Report to our global general counsel
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with customers and vendors in many countries across the globe
  • Provide legal support to various internal clients across the company, including Canonical's sales organization
  • Interface with cross-functional teams to support company initiatives
  • Utilize Canonical's contract management system to ensure accurate data is maintained for signed contracts
  • Work with local counsel in many countries to seek and implement advice

The Legal Manager role has a significant impact across the company. You will help build a global legal infrastructure to promote efficiency and scalability. Your responsibilities include maintaining processes and procedures with legal implications, supporting key management, the Board, and investors with dynamic legal support. Expected Outcomes & Responsibilities

  • Address legal requirements worldwide (corporate, commercial, competition law, compliance, taxes, etc.), collaborating closely with external counsel and senior management.
  • Participate in strategic projects, advising senior management on key legal issues.
  • Develop and review agreements related to software, logistics, fulfillment, and retail/e-commerce services, supporting fast-paced negotiations.
  • Analyze legal and financial risks and assess their impacts.
  • Maintain project management systems for reporting, task tracking, and board reporting.
  • Evaluate and redesign procurement processes and guidelines for requesters, Legal, and Accounts Payables.
  • Contribute to drafting company policies and internal procedures.

Experience & Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience in international, commercial, and software regulations within law firms or as in-house counsel, preferably in the retail/e-commerce industry.
  • Experience working with US attorneys/legal teams, with some international experience or residence abroad preferred.
  • Proven ability to build teams and implement processes and technology to organize and streamline operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and extensive legal knowledge.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English (native or advanced level).
