Asistente comercial digital
que tenga ganas de sumarse al equipo con el objetivo de brindar soporte operativo y de gestión al área comercial, asegurando la correcta ejecución de promociones, acuerdos y actualizaciones en plataformas digitales y tienda online. Será la puerta de entrada al área comercial, ofreciendo una experiencia integral en procesos de negocio y generando proyección hacia roles de mayor responsabilidad.
Sus principales tareas y responsabilidades serán:
Dar de alta y baja productos, precios, promociones y links de pago en backend y frontend de plataformas y tienda online.
Mantener actualizado el portal de agentes con promociones, legales y condiciones comerciales.
Apoyar al Analista Comercial en la implementación de acciones con bancos, financieras y marketplaces.
Realizar controles de stock, pricing y márgenes en coordinación con el área de finanzas y logística.
Monitorear el funcionamiento de promociones y campañas digitales, informando desvíos o mejoras.
Explorar y relevar información de nuevas plataformas de venta para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
Dar asistencia a la fuerza de ventas en la ejecución de promociones, resolviendo consultas e inconvenientes de las formas de pago.
Dar soporte en la conciliación de facturación delas tiendas bancarias.
Requisitos

Perfil universitario graduado de Ingeniera, Comercialización, Administración o afines.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y un buen manejo de las herramientas digitales.

Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive Social Media & Project Manager to lead content and communications across Nick Gross's personal platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter), the Gross Labs website and channels, and Find Your Grind's social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn).
This is both a creative and client-facing role. You will shape how Gross Labs and its ecosystem show up online, while also joining meetings with Nick, capturing client needs, and ensuring smooth execution with our creative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own content calendars and posting across Nick Gross's platforms, Gross Labs channels, and Find Your Grind
- Write engaging captions, post copy, and long-form articles for the Gross Labs website
- Support campaigns connected to partner relationships like X Games, BeeUp, Breakaway Festival, and Beatbox Beverages
- Join meetings with Nick as a client-facing representative, ensuring client success and strong communication
- Capture client asks and feedback, then work with the creative team to turn them into clear deliverables
- Track deliverables and keep ClickUp (our project management tool) updated to maintain accountability across projects
- Spot opportunities to improve workflow, content performance, and client satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in social media management for creators, agencies, or brands
- Strong copywriting, organizational, and communication skills
- Comfortable being client-facing and handling feedback professionally
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable across multiple brands and deliverables

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel & Creator Manager to manage and optimize our Shopify and TikTok Shop presence while leading creator partnerships across TikTok and Instagram. This role will bridge the gap between product, content, and performance marketing, ensuring flawless execution and measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, creator marketing, and a keen ability to manage both paid and organic influencer collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Channel Operations:
Shopify:
- Upload and update product listings, images, descriptions, pricing, and collections.
- Manage Shopify developments, including apps, themes, integrations, and custom builds.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product mapping issues and address miscellaneous backend tasks.
TikTok Shop:
- Upload and maintain product listings, images, and pricing on TikTok Shop.
- Monitor and resolve product mapping issues, compliance flags, and other related tasks.
2. Creator Scouting & Management:
Paid Partnerships:
- Scout and shortlist creators for paid scripted content or brand partnerships.
- Negotiate rates, deliverables, and timelines while staying within budget.
- Oversee contracts, project briefs, and final asset delivery.
- Track performance and ROI of paid creator campaigns.
Organic Collaborations:
- Identify and approach creators for organic collaborations across TikTok and Instagram.

Requirements:
