We’re seeking a Social Media Manager to join our NEX-team, driving the visibility and engagement of both NEXBRIDGE (issuance platform for regulated digital assets) and NEXPLACE (global exchange for tokenized assets).

This role requires a professional who can translate complex financial and Web3 narratives into engaging, platform-native content , ensuring that our social media channels build trust, grow communities, and position our platforms as global leaders in regulated digital assets.

You’ll manage day-to-day execution across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels, ensuring alignment with our broader brand and growth strategy. Working closely with the Growth & Content Writer and leadership, you’ll amplify our voice across social platforms with consistency, creativity, and impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Content Planning & Execution – Develop and manage the social media calendar for NEXBRIDGE and NEXPLACE, aligning posts with company news, product updates, and thought leadership pieces.
  • LinkedIn Focus – Lead strategy and posting on LinkedIn for investor-focused content and company updates.
  • Twitter Growth – Execute a consistent posting and engagement strategy to position NEXBRIDGE and NEXPLACE, within the regulated digital asset conversation.
  • Community Exploration – Support early experiments in Telegram and Farcaster to test engagement formats and community resonance.
  • Brand Consistency – Ensure all social content reflects our premium positioning, with an investor-first tone that bridges finance and Web3.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Track performance, provide insights, and refine strategy based on engagement and growth metrics.

What You Bring

The Role:

The social media manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing social media campaigns and community growth strategies for Bitfinex. We are looking for an experienced social media manager who understands our company, as well as trading and financial and crypto markets, and can speak in the language of professional and institutional investors. Your Day-to-Day:

About The Role

Our US-based client is looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager (70% creator / 30% manager) to build and scale our organic presence across LinkedIn and Facebook (current), and launch new communities on X, Instagram, and Reddit. You’ll own strategy, creation, publishing, and community engagement focused on fraud, data security, and cybersecurity in residential real estate—serving institutional SFR & multifamily operators, MLS/Association executives, and residential property managers.

What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)

  • Follower growth: Material increases across all active platforms.

You’ll oversee both organic and paid campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize for success. Additionally, you'll stay on top of social media trends and share insights with the team to continuously improve our processes.

Responsibilities:

Plan & Execute Social Strategy:

  • Research and learn about our clients’ cutting edge industrial manufacturing techniques and products, developing an understanding of their customers’ interests and needs
  • Leverage social media tools and site analytics data to conduct client and competitor social media audits
  • Translate findings into into clear, actionable strategies and tactics to achieve each individual client’s business goals
  • Plan, create, edit, and manage client text and video social content with an eye toward brand adherence and performance
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies, including the creation of campaign assets, implementation across platforms, and ongoing monitoring and analysis to optimize performance and achieve business objectives
  • Monitor activity on clients’ social accounts, developing and coordinating influence marketing campaigns as requested

Analyze, Test, & Optimization:

  • Track content effectiveness by channel against goals, including views and video retention to business results; report monthly to clients on results vs. goals
  • Align with other digital initiatives and paid social strategies to identify interaction opportunities to amplify or share paid content
  • Recommend opportunities for optimization and evolve strategy and content based on performance
  • Follow emerging social media and video trends; identify opportunities to leverage them for clients

Training & Leadership:

  • Participate in educational sessions including webinars, seminars, and conferences to expand knowledge of social media best practices, with the intention of improving current processes and sharing insights with team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing; agency preferred
  • Proficiency in digital marketing functions related to organic and paid social media marketing
  • Exceptional written and verbal English skills
  • Experience with our current tech stack: Hubspot, Google Analytics, or WordPress
  • A creative innovator who stays updated on current marketing trends
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills
  • Some knowledge of best practices for SEO, marketing automation, social media, and B2B writing
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • B2B and/or industrial/manufacturing industry knowledge
  • Agency experience
  • Certifications in related field: Hubspot (Social Media Marketin or Inbound), Google Analytics (GA4), or any LinkedIn Marketing Labs Certifications is a plus

The Role:

As a Social Media Associate, you’ll be an integral part of a dynamic Brand Team dedicated to transforming the perception of the legal industry. You'll play a key role in executing a modern, pop-culture-inspired social media strategy that celebrates the people behind the brand, drives community engagement, and increases reach across digital platforms.

Working closely with our podcast host and Social Media Manager, you’ll help shape and elevate our digital presence while collaborating across a fast-moving and creative marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on, execute and track our social media strategy across all platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) in collaboration with the Social Media Manager
  • Produce social media content (visual and written) including static images, carousels, reels and short-form video content, etc. using pre-designed templates and in partnership with our graphic designers
  • Use project management software to coordinate the production and scheduling, working cross-functionally with a broad and busy team
  • Manage and schedule multi-channel content, maintaining brand consistency while optimizing for each platform's unique requirements
  • Monitor and respond to comments and conversations across all social platforms, ensuring timely and thoughtful engagement with our community
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics while monitoring trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
  • Support our thought leadership efforts by distributing our experts’ content directly on their platforms to increase reach and visibility
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity while catching typos
  • Maintain the Company’s visual brand and voice in all content produced
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify company initiatives and support relationship building with industry thought leaders
  • Work with external vendors to project manage content creation, organizing deliverables and maintaining file storage with proper naming conventions and accessibility

Requirements:

  • You have fluent English, 3-7 years of social media management experience, and you have managed English-language social media channels
  • You have a proven track record of success, organized in a portfolio that shows examples of your designs and your positive impact on prior channels
  • You have a background in B2B/SaaS marketing and understand the value of a consumer-type social media experience for corporate audiences
  • You're a graphic design and video editing native who loves creating beautiful designs for their audiences
  • You can manage a lot of small things at once across many social media management platforms because you effectively use project management tools and scheduling apps (e.g., Metricool, Asana)

We're seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative person to develop and implement social media strategies for our various clients. You should be a quick learner, able to work independently and as part of a team, be a strong communicator, and be interested in owning projects from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Develop, plan and execute social media strategy, content development, and other relevant marketing functions across X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
  2. Work with clients to manage content scheduling - select posts being mindful of different objectives such as boosting engagement, acquiring subscribers, etc.
  3. Regularly review current data on trending content and products related to social media platforms and channels.
  4. Continually monitor social media analytics ensuring the client’s goals are being met and exceeded.

Minimum Requirements

  1. This is an entry-level position, but experience in social media management is a huge plus.
  2. Extensive knowledge of social networking channels i.e X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in Google Docs and/or Microsoft Office.
  5. Proven ability to multitask and juggle multiple campaigns at once.
  6. Experience with social media scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools is a plus.
  7. Passionate self-starter with a drive to win.
  8. Strong creative aesthetic.

Salary Range: $1500 - $2000 USD + 13 month salary

Type of Contract: Independent Contractor

Shift: Flexible work hours and location

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Own and grow our Instagram presence

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager (preferably in EdTech or FinTech)
  • Understanding of modern trends in social media and eagerness to follow them
  • Understanding in finance and the financial markets and how they work is must have
  • Experience launching and directly managing social accounts with up to 1M followers
  • Experience with basic video and content editing tools, i.e. Captions, Figma, Canva
  • Excellent project management and communications skills
  • Track record of driving the adoption of new ideas and pioneering new approaches within social media channels (including sales funnels)
  • Analytic skills, understanding social media KPIs and result-oriented approach; ability to use data to develop and measure social and digital media marketing actions
  • Knowledge of managing social media tools such as Sprinkl, Hootsuite, or other tools of insights analysis of social media
  • Experience in launching and managing social media paid campaigns (Meta) will be an advantage
