- Analizar datos claves del negocio de Commerce en Argentina como volumen, revenues, y conversión, entre otros, para mejorar la toma de decisiones.
- Analizar a través de datos el impacto de las decisiones de negocio más relevantes del país como cambio de precios, financiamiento, inversión en promociones.
- Analizar datos de tráfico y comportamiento de las personas que visitan Mercado Libre, con el fin de entender cómo funcionaron las acciones de Site Merch y qué se puede mejorar, priorizando maximizar métricas claves como Click por Calificaciones.
- Construir herramientas de seguimiento y monitoreo de métricas de negocio, acciones comerciales y de la sección de ofertas, automatizando reportes y tareas. Participar en investigaciones ad hoc basadas en el análisis de datos y comunicar hallazgos y performance a audiencias diversas.

**Requisitos**:
- Ser profesional de las carreras de Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, o afines.
- Contar con experiência similar, mayor a 3 años, en compañías de e-commerce y retail.
- Contar con manejo avanzado de SQL, así como contar con experiência en el manejo y análisis de grandes volúmenes de información. Poseer conocimientos de herramientas de visualización, como Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, es deseable.

The Analyst, Financial Planning will join the team to support the overall Latam streaming organization, collaborating in the preparation of fiscal year budgets, long term plans and monthly/quarterly projections, coordinating financial processes with controllership and accounting, and providing business analysis as needed.
The Analyst, Financial Planning will be responsible for:
- Supporting the preparation and consolidation of quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic plans for the DTC business.
- Uploading financial figures into the planning model.
- Reviewing actuals and submitting accrual requests.
- Owning the definition of accounting codes and collaborating with internal business partners to ensure content costs and marketing expenses are properly accounted for in SAP.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with Controllership and Accounting teams to ensure financial statements accurately reflect results and comply with policies.
- Communicating regularly with budget owners to ensure plans reflect the most current strategies and information.
What we need from you tobe part of this story:
- 1-2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, or related roles.
- Degree/ advanced students in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Familiarity with SAP, Cognos, or similar database management tools is a plus.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Upper intermediate level of English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset, with a high sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and resolve challenges efficiently without compromising quality.

Para nuestro cliente, Pluspetrol, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un SENIOR FINANCIAL PLANNING, quién será responsable de liderar el análisis integral y realizar las proyecciones de la información contable y financiera de las sociedades, facilitando la toma de decisiones estratégicas del negocio, a través de la generación de Informes de gestión y propuestas de inversión.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Participar y brindar soporte en el análisis y la elaboración de propuestas de estructuración de financiamientos de largo plazo y proyectos de inversión.
- Liderar la r evisión y consolidación de la información contable y elaborar los cuadros de variaciones.
- Presentar a las Gerencias y principales stakeholders del negocio, los Reportes de Resultados
- Elaborar y analizar el presupuesto anual, como así también los forecast de las diferentes compañías, y realizar las presentaciones de los mismos a los Gerentes de área y Socios
- Realizar el control de gestión de los resultados, interactuando con las diferentes áreas para analizar los principales desvíos.
- Elaborar los flujos de caja reales y proyectados. Realizar las coordinaciones respectivas de los requerimientos de los socios.
- Estimar los pagos de dividendos, intereses y/o préstamos, en función de la proyección de caja.
- Liderar el análisis y la generación de otros reportes ad-hoc
- Nos orientamos a profesionales graduados de carreras de Lic. en Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o afines (Deseable contar con Postgrado o especialización en Finanzas / MBA)
- E xperiencia superior a 5 años enposiciones de planeamento, finanzas y/o control de gestión
- Se valorará poseer experiencia en Proyectos de Inversión y Estructuración de Financiamientos
- MS Office Avanzado
- Conocimientos de SAP (No excluyente)
Orientamos la búsqueda a profesionales con visión analítica y de control interno, capacidad de resolución, buenas relaciones interpersonales (con los diversos stakeholders tanto internos como externos) y metódico.

How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Analyst, Financial Planning will join the team to support the overall Latam streaming organization, collaborating in the preparation of fiscal year budgets, long term plans and monthly/quarterly projections, coordinating financial processes with controllership and accounting, and providing business analysis as needed.
The Analyst, Financial Planning will be responsible for:
- Supporting the preparation and consolidation of quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic plans for the DTC business.
- Uploading financial figures into the planning model.
- Reviewing actuals and submitting accrual requests.
- Owning the definition of accounting codes and collaborating with internal business partners to ensure content costs and marketing expenses are properly accounted for in SAP.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with Controllership and Accounting teams to ensure financial statements accurately reflect results and comply with policies.
- Communicating regularly with budget owners to ensure plans reflect the most current strategies and information.
What we need from you tobe part of this story:
- 1-2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, or related roles.
- Degree/ advanced students in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Familiarity with SAP, Cognos, or similar database management tools is a plus.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Upper intermediate level of English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset, with a high sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and resolve challenges efficiently without compromising quality.
