¿Qué buscamos?

• Perfiles con al menos 5 años de experiencia como Analista Senior en Ciencia de Datos, con sólida formación en machine learning, procesamiento de datos y despliegue de soluciones en entornos productivos.

Tareas Habituales

• Diseñar y conceptualizar modelos predictivos y representativos, aplicando criterios estadísticos avanzados (análisis multivariado, validación de patrones, detección de anomalías).
• Manipular, explorar, limpiar y preparar fuentes de datos diversas (estructuradas, no estructuradas, geoespaciales) para su procesamiento y análisis.
• Desarrollar e implementar técnicas de machine learning supervisado y no supervisado (boosting, clustering, autoencoders, NLP, embeddings, transformers).
• Orquestar pipelines de datos y procesamiento distribuido (Spark, Dask), asegurando la calidad y trazabilidad de los experimentos (MLflow, Airflow).
• Desplegar modelos y microservicios en producción (FastAPI, Flask, Docker, Kubernetes), integrando APIs y sistemas de autenticación y permisos.
• Desarrollo de agentes inteligentes para automatización de procesos, atención al cliente, auditoría y gestión documental.
• Implementación de arquitecturas RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) para agentes que integran modelos generativos con acceso a fuentes de datos internas y externas.
• Diseño de prompts avanzados, gestión de contexto y orquestación de flujos de información multimodal.
• Integración de sistemas de recomendación, scoring y segmentación en agentes conversacionales y asistentes virtuales.

Requisitos

• Experiencia en proyectos de automatización, chatbots, sistemas de recomendación, scoring, segmentación y clustering.
• Dominio de frameworks y herramientas como PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, spaCy, Transformers.
• Conocimientos en MLOps, despliegue en la nube (Azure).
• Certificaciones relevantes en machine learning, MLOps, análisis de datos y BI.

As a Big Data Developer, you will participate in the Regulatory and Compliance technology team.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

1. Business application development (full software lifecycle: problem analysis, technical solution, solution design, development, testing and production upload).
2. Communication with users to understand technological needs and provide strategic solutions.
3. Code optimization and analysis: Threat modeling, exhaustive SAST, Sonar…
4. Planning and execution of projects using Agile methodology.
5. Managing the different internal tools to document ALM in all phases of the projects.
6. Support for incidents, including planned interventions.
7. Execution of unit, integrated and regression tests.
8. Managing the tools to promote the releases.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Telecommunications, Mathematics or related studies.
2. + 3 years experience as Big Data Developer.
3. Fluent in Spanish and English.
