About the role
We are hiring Creative Strategists to manage the creative production process for our portfolio of brands at BM Digital. As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for managing the entire video production and iteration process end-to-end, from concept to scriptwriting to live testing on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google Ads.
Responsibilities- Utilize data, research, and creative insights to formulate effective creative strategy
- Analyze data in platforms like Atria, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Perform consumer, product, and competitor research using basic tools/resources
- Collaborate with Post-Production, Production, and your Creative Strategy Lead to produce videos
- Write scripts and copy for video, static image ads, and email campaigns
- Ensure visuals match the creative strategy outlined for the ad
- Provide feedback that aligns to the creative strategy of the ad
- Execute on feedback given by your Creative Strategy Lead
- Analyze the results of creative tests and utilize this analysis to iterate
- With oversight from your Creative Strategy Lead, responsible for weekly strategic account planning
- Identify top-performing concepts within accounts using data and creative analysis
- Identify effective concepts/trends in the social media ecosystem
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Paid social or Direct Response experience (work/writing samples are a big plus)
- Able to learn from training/examples and quickly execute new skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong understanding of social media (frequent user of at least one of these platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Experience with FB Ads Manager, and/or experience with other ad platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat

This is a full-time remote contractor role.
We are seeking someone preferably with a background in B2C marketing.

What You’ll Do- Consult & Advise: Meet with clients to assess marketing needs, answer questions, and provide strategic guidance.
- Set Expectations & Communicate Value: Clearly explain marketing strategies, performance expectations, and ROI.
