Serás responsable de la creación, gestión y optimización de campañas promocionales y de email marketing, asegurando que las estrategias sean efectivas y alineadas con los objetivos de la empresa. Este rol incluye el análisis profundo de los diferentes segmentos de mercado para implementar las campañas de manera precisa, maximizando el impacto y la conversión en cada instancia.

Sus tareas fundamentales serán

  • Administrar y mantener el sistema CRM, asegurando su funcionamiento óptimo y continuo
  • Configurar y personalizar el CRM para satisfacer las necesidades específicas de la empresa y mejorar la experiencia del usuario
  • Implementar y supervisar las plataformas de ticketing, asegurando una experiencia de usuario fluida y sin problemas
  • Recopilar, analizar y reportar datos de clientes para identificar patrones de comportamiento y tendencias
  • Analizar de datos para segmentar la base de clientes y personalizar las campañas de marketing
  • Monitorizar y evaluar el rendimiento de las campañas, ajustando las estrategias según sea necesario para maximizar el retorno de inversión
  • Trabajar estrechamente con el resto de los departamentos para asegurar una integración perfecta del CRM con otros sistemas y procesos de la empresa
  • Facilitar la comunicación y la colaboración entre equipos para garantizar que las estrategias de CRM estén alineadas con los objetivos generales de la empresa


Requisitos


  • Orientamos nuestra búsqueda a estudiantes avanzados o recién graduados de Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Publicidad o carreras afines, que cuenten con al menos 2 años de experiencia en la implementación de campañas de email marketing (excluyente).
  • Contar con conocimiento de plataformas de ticketing y CRM.
  • Poseer nivel avanzado de Excel.
  • Tener experiencia en el uso de herramientas de metodologías ágiles.
  • Tener nivel avanzado de inglés.

Let’s start with the role:



As a CRM Operations Executive, you will focus on retention/reactivation marketing across our online Sportsbook & Casino products. You will also work closely with the HeadQuarters CRM team, Commercial Teams & Local CRM Managers as a stakeholder of the CRM Operations Team in your area of responsibility.

The ideal candidate will be confident, motivated and goal driven, who wants to develop his/her career in i-Gaming customer retention & development and CRM in a dynamic multinational company.

As a CRM Operations Executive, you will:



  • Execute CRM strategies to engage & retain our customer base, using best practices to ensure communications delivery status across all available channels;
  • Create and check the offers mechanisms in our internal tools;
  • Ensure communications (e.g newsletters, emails, etc) layout, design and content are optimized for best results in all CRM campaigns;
  • Compile and distribute up to date reporting on ongoing and completed campaigns measuring all relevant CRM KPIs;
  • Manage customer contact and delivery KPIs and support the strategy to maximize customer engagement;
  • Execute and fulfill various promotions and offers end-to-end, in an efficient manner;
  • Monitor Bonusing & Rewards levels for Sportsbook & Casino customers and ensure that bonuses are offered in agreed timescales and budget;
  • Work cross-functionally with various groups, including but not limited to CRM Team;
  • Perform QA of all campaigns and ad-hoc communications to ensure quality standards are met;
  • Ensure that content is published on time and is of a consistently high standard;
  • Conduct review and analysis of all CRM activities to ensure optimal results;
  • Coordinate CRM campaign communication with other departments and teams.

What you'll bring:

  • University degree, preferably in the areas of Business Administration, Marketing;
  • Proven CRM experience, particularly with on-line marketing & automated CRM practices;
  • Experience in creating and implementing CRM campaigns across different channels of communication;
  • Online gaming knowledge will be highly appreciated;
  • HTML knowledge will be considered a plus;
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and tools (like CMS Wordpress, Jira, Acoustic, Salesforce, Marketo, “Exact Target” or Optimove);
  • Good problem-solving abilities and excellent communication;
  • Great interpersonal skills as a team player;
  • Strong analytical & numerical skills, attention to detail;
  • Fluency in verbal and written communication in Spanish and English;
  • Stakeholder management

Job Description

  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns in-market, supporting local marketing teams to drive lead generation, activation, and revenue.
  • Manage the end-to-end email campaign process, including HTML creation, scheduling, and marketing automation setup using Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including lead generation, data quality, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain overall email marketing health by ensuring high deliverability, optimizing click-through rates, and monitoring key CRM data (e.g., unsubscribes, data field accuracy).
  • Continuously improve email performance and ROI through structured A/B testing, performance analysis, and actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain branded email templates aligned with corporate guidelines and email marketing best practices.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Creative Services, Content, Digital, and Country Marketing Managers to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
  • Serve as an internal advocate for email marketing best practices, while staying current with industry trends, tools, and compliance standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in email marketing and/or CRM campaign implementation and management.
  • Ideally previous experience in Shared Services, and collaborating with global and local teams remotely.
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot or similar e-mail marketing tools required
  • Experience working with databases, data analysis and segmentation. SQL, AMPscript skills would be an advantage
  • Ability to work to strict and tight deadlines whilst remaining calm when under pressure
  • Experience working in an international multi-brand company with multiple stakeholders is advantageous.

Buscamos un perfil con enfoque creativo e innovador, que gestione la implementación y desarrollo de estrategias comerciales (CRM) y planes de crecimiento para la compañía

  • Definir e implementar nuevas estrategias de CRM para contribuir a los OKRs definidos.

Requisitos


  • Experiencia en áreas de marketing digital, idealmente en posiciones similares CRM, growth marketing, ecommerce. Se valorará entornos de agencias, consultoras y/o compañías digitales.
  • Habilidades analíticas para el desarrollo de audiencias, segmentación de clientes e identificación de oportunidades.
  • Capacidad para ejecutar con sentido de urgencia, priorizando los procesos de trabajo del equipo y el impacto en los resultados de negocio.
  • Excelentes relaciones interpersonales y capacidad para comunicarse con diferentes clientes internos distintas áreas, distintos países.

The Role:
You’ll be working with a fast-growing, tech-driven pet nutrition company incubated within one of the world’s leading meal kit organizations. This brand combines the agility of a startup with the backing of a global enterprise and is on a mission to revolutionize the pet food industry.

As a CRM Associate , you will take ownership of email marketing campaigns and user journey management using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver effective, data-informed campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.

The Role

You’ll be working with a fast-growing, tech-driven pet nutrition company incubated within one of the world’s leading meal kit organizations. This brand combines the agility of a startup with the backing of a global enterprise and is on a mission to revolutionize the pet food industry.

As a CRM Associate , you will take ownership of email marketing campaigns and user journey management using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver effective, data-informed campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.

This role is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset , basic SQL knowledge , and a passion for pets.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate for the Solutions Architect position will have a combination of deep technical knowledge in Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, and the ability to offer best-in-class consulting to Devs United’s clients. As the Project Solutions Lead to the client, the Solutions Architect is responsible for gathering and translating business requirements for the project team and execution of tasks related to configuration, development, and validation. They ensure the quality and integrity of the overall solution throughout the project lifecycle.

For remote candidates, we can only consider Argentina & Chile.

The Role

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for a Client on assigned projects from a Solutions standpoint
  • Manage planned deliverables to the scope outlined in the Statement of Work(s)
  • Conduct design, discovery and technical walkthroughs with your assigned clients
  • Develop and conduct custom training sessions for assigned clients where applicable
  • Analyze, design and develop Salesforce solutions based on customer requirements
  • Ensure the quality of the overall solution / provide solution best practices and guidelines for the development team
  • Execute configuration tasks across CRM components, including administrative settings, security configurations, automation workflows, data integrations, and Digital Engagement tools such as Omnichannel and Einstein Bots.
  • Prepare technical / functional documentation
  • Coordinate and manage tasks within the assigned project team.
  • Carry out functional and technical quality processes for each solution component. Provide and manage the revisions arising in each test.
  • Communicate with the client to maintain a clear view of the status of all deliverables

Technical Knowledge:

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales (CRM) and/or Service Cloud
  • Experience with Digital Engagement, Omnichannel and Einstein Bot a plus
  • Experience using LucidChart or a similar tool to create diagrams
  • Participation in projects using Project Management Methodologies such as Lean, Agile, Waterfall
  • Experience creating detailed requirements and functional specifications documents
  • Experience in identifying scope changes

What You’ll Do

  • Own theAnalytics strategy for CRM , enabling CookUnity to deepen customer relationships, optimize retention, and drive lifetime value.
  • Define and implementmeasurement frameworks to evaluate CRM campaigns, personalization initiatives, and lifecycle journeys.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Data Engineering to design and analyzeexperiments (A/B, holdouts, campaign lift) that improve engagement and reduce churn.
  • Build reporting and analysis to identify customer behaviors and signals that drive repeat orders, upgrades, and long-term loyalty.
  • Develop and maintainautomated dashboards to track CRM performance (activation, retention, reactivation, campaign impact).
  • Ensure CRM decision-making isdata-driven , linking campaign outcomes directly to revenue and retention.
  • Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership withclear storytelling and high-quality visualizations .
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, with a strong focus on CRM, lifecycle, or growth analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency withSQL ; ability to pull, transform, and validate large data sets independently.
  • Proven track record of applyingmeasurement and experimentation techniques to evaluate CRM initiatives.
  • Experience withbusiness intelligence platforms (Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills; ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies for Marketing and Product leaders.
  • Excellent English, both written and spoken, given HQ presence in the U.S.
  • Thrive in afast-paced startup environment , comfortable framing ambiguous problems and driving solutions with cross-functional partners.
Preferred
  • Experience with CRM or campaign management platforms.
  • Familiarity withweb and app analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Understanding ofETL, data warehousing, and modeling concepts (we use dbt and Snowflake).
