Resumen
Buscamos un nuevo GIGAnte que se integré a nuestro equipo como CRM Specialist.
Configurar, personalizar y optimizar las herramientas CRM de Dynamics 365, como Sales y Project Operations, asegurando que se alineen con las necesidades de negocio y soporten los procesos operativos del departamento. El rol también contempla conocimientos en Finance & Operations para facilitar integraciones y proyectos transversales, además de contribuir en la gestión de proyectos bajo metodologías ágiles.
Lo que harás
- Configuración de Dynamics 365:
- Configurar y personalizar las herramientas Dynamics 365 Sales y Project Operations
- Realizar integraciones entre Dynamics 365 y otros sistemas corporativos utilizando Power Platform
- Crear flujos automatizados mediante Power Automate para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
- Análisis y Diseño de Soluciones:
- Entender los procesos de negocio y traducirlos en soluciones dentro de Dynamics 365.
- Diseñar y documentar especificaciones técnicas y funcionales para personalizaciones avanzadas.
- Soporte y Mejora Continua:
- Proveer soporte funcional a los usuarios finales.
- Monitorear el rendimiento de las soluciones implementadas y proponer mejoras.
- Colaboración en Proyectos Transversales:
- Proyectos relacionados con Finance & Operations y su integración con otros módulos o sistemas.
- Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios bajo metodologías ágiles como Scrum, asumiendo responsabilidades como Analista en la gestión del backlog, seguimiento del desarrollo, testing y comunicación entre stakeholders.
- Documentación y Capacitación:
- Generar documentación técnica y funcional de las configuraciones realizadas.
- Capacitar a los usuarios finales en el uso de las herramientas configuradas.
Esperamos que tengas
- De 1 a 2 años de experiencia en configuración de Dynamics 365 Sales y Project Operations.
- Familiaridad con Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations y su integración con otros módulos.
- Experiencia en Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Realizacion de flujos de aprobación, notificaciones, etc.
- Dominio en diseño de flujos de trabajo, creación de entidades personalizadas y configuraciones avanzadas y reglas de negocios.
- Conocimiento en integración de sistemas mediante Dataverse, y conectores nativos de Dynamics 365.
- Inglés intermedio - deseable.
