La Dirección de Transformación Digital se encuentra en la búsqueda de Desarrollador Ssr.
Funciones:
• Desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones web y microservicios, siguiendo los estándares de codificación y las mejores prácticas de desarrollo.
• Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo en el diseño de soluciones técnicas y de arquitectura, que cumplan con los requisitos del proyecto.

Requisitos:

Dirigir y coordinar equipos de desarrollo de software que trabajan tanto en proyectos nuevos como en el mantenimiento de sistemas legados (
RPG/DB2 en IBM System i
) integrados con soluciones Web. Su misión es asegurar la calidad técnica y funcional de las entregas, alineando los desarrollos con los objetivos del negocio y liderando con criterio técnico y humano a equipos multidisciplinarios.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Coordinar equipos mixtos de desarrollo (tecnologías web + sistemas legacy).
- Asegurar la calidad y el cumplimiento de plazos de los entregables.
- Evaluar y asignar tareas según competencias individuales y prioridades del negocio.
- Detectar y mitigar riesgos técnicos o de planificación.
- Interactuar con áreas funcionales para traducir requerimientos en especificaciones técnicas.
- Participar en decisiones de arquitectura y evolución tecnológica.
- Generar documentación clara para nuevos desarrollos o mantenimientos.
Conocimientos Técnicos (Knowledge)
No se espera expertise en todas las tecnologías, pero sí un conocimiento suficiente para comprender el ecosistema, evaluar la viabilidad de soluciones y tomar decisiones informadas.
Las áreas de conocimiento son:
- Arquitectura de software (monolítica, distribuida, n-capas).
- Fundamentos de lenguajes de programación backend y frontend
- Gestión y modelado de bases de datos relacionales (
- Conocimiento general del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software (SDLC).
- Integración de sistemas y manejo de entornos híbridos (legacy + web).
- Nociones de seguridad informática en desarrollos.
- Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles y tradicionales.
Habilidades Técnicas (Hard Skills)
- Aplicación de técnicas de planificación y estimación.
- Capacidad para comprender la lógica detrás del código.
- Análisis de impacto técnico y funcional.
- Uso de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Jira, Trello, MS Project).
- Documentación técnica y funcional.
- Control de versiones y despliegue básico.
- Coordinación de pruebas y validaciones (QA / UAT).
