What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage a team of technology, providing direction and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software applications that align with Fiserv's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.

Experience that would be great to have

  • 8+ years of experience in software development and programming

  • 4+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

  • 10+ years of experience in security, including 5+ years in leadership roles overseeing IT Security and/or SecOps
  • Strong technical expertise with enterprise security systems such as ZTNA, SWG, DLP, EDR, and SIEM
  • Proven track record in SOC practices, incident response, and digital forensics
  • Deep knowledge of monitoring, detection, and insider threat management
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience mentoring and growing technical teams
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or similar) strongly preferred
