En Coppel Argentina queremos incorporar a un/a Analista Legal para sumarse a nuestras oficinas corporativas en Tigre.
Brindará soporte legal integral a las distintas áreas del negocio, siendo referente en cumplimiento normativo (especialmente BCRA y normativa financiera), redacción y negociación de contratos, y temas societarios. Su rol es clave para asegurar la seguridad jurídica de las operaciones, mitigar riesgos legales y regulatorios, y garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares internos y externos, en un entorno dinámico y altamente regulado.
Principales Responsabilidades:
- Actuar como referente interno en la interpretación de normativas del BCRA y requerimientos regulatorios vinculados a la actividad financiera o fintech.
- Realizar el seguimiento y contestación de sumarios y requerimientos de organismos de control.
- Desarrollar, mantener y actualizar políticas y normas internas, asegurando el cumplimiento legal y regulatorio.
- Elaborar y mantener matrices de riesgo legal y regulatorio, proponiendo e implementando controles para su mitigación.
- Dar soporte en procesos de auditoría y certificaciones (normas ISO).
- Redactar, revisar y negociar contratos comerciales con adquirentes, emisores, banderas, proveedores tecnológicos, partners estratégicos y clientes.
- Asegurar que los contratos cumplan con la normativa vigente y las políticas internas de la compañía.
- Brindar soporte en la constitución, modificación y mantenimiento de sociedades, poderes, actas societarias, y documentación societaria general.
- Coordinar con estudios jurídicos externos y equipos legales regionales para el cumplimiento de obligaciones societarias en distintas jurisdicciones.
- Abogado/a graduado/a con matrícula vigente.
- 3+ años en áreas legales de empresas de Retail, sector financiero, fintech, estudios jurídicos o corporativos.
- Conocimiento sólido en normativa del BCRA, compliance corporativo, derecho societario y derecho contractual.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Provide legal advice and guidance across various areas of law to our Managing Directors
- Be the go-to person in the company for legal interpretation and counsel
- Research and analyze existing and proposed laws, statutes, and regulations
- Proactively identify and mitigate legal risks
- Draft, negotiate, and review contracts with internal and external stakeholders
- Be a key contributor to our bi-national Legal & Compliance Team, collaborating closely with colleagues in Legal, Compliance, and Data Protection
- Support the People & Culture Team on labor law matters, including disciplinary procedures and internal investigations
- Advise and support our Purchasing and Finance teams on commercial law and contract negotiations
- Liaise with external legal counsel on complex legal issues
- Represent the company in litigation, arbitration, court proceedings, and interactions with public authorities
- Serve as a contact person for legal and compliance matters within the Mercedes-Benz Group and its corporate structure
- Share your expertise through consultations, workshops, and training sessions
- A BSc or MsC degree in Law
- At least 3 years of legal experience, either as in-house counsel or in an internationally operating law firm
- Current or previous registration with the Portuguese Bar Association
- Strong expertise in corporate law and legal procedures
- Excellent knowledge of IP law, data protection law, and Portuguese labor law or local tax regulations
- An agile and cooperative mindset with the ability to work independently, without daily supervision, as well as in teams
- Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple time-sensitive projects
