Job Title: Senior Full-stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities
· Train and evaluate ML models using common machine learning frameworks in Python. Examples include TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, or PyTorch.
· Develop and refine NLP pipelines (e.g., tokenization, entity recognition, similarity models).
· Perform fine-tuning and prompt engineering for LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.).
· Create semantic search and recommendation models using vector embeddings and clustering techniques.
· Conduct experiments, hyperparameter tuning, and performance benchmarking.
· Collaborate with software engineers to integrate models into backend systems.
· Prepare clear documentation, model cards, and evaluation reports.
RequirementsRequired Skills
· Strong proficiency in Python for machine learning and data processing.
· Experience with NLP libraries: spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, gensim, nltk.
· Comfortable training deep learning models using Keras, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
· Ability to design and execute ML experiments, evaluate models, and interpret results.
· Familiar with version control (Git), shell scripting, and Linux development environments.
· Basic back end software engineering skills, such as creating and managing endpoints, database services, and task queues.
· Experience with production environments (e.g., batch inference, model packaging).
Nice to Have
· Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker, DVC).
· Contributions to Kaggle competitions, AI research, or open-source ML/NLP projects.
· Background in classical ML, unsupervised learning, or semantic modeling.
Working Conditions
· Fully remote, must be able to collaborate during EST hours.
· Work closely with backend/frontend engineers, but not expected to build application UIs.

As a Learning Consultant, you’ll help customers maximize their collaborative learning platform through content strategy, adoption, and best practices. Partnering with Solution Deployment Managers during the onboarding, you’ll lead workshops and consulting projects. Overview
Our Learning Consultant team plays a vital role in helping clients transform into true Collaborative Learning organizations. We don’t just teach customers how to use our platform: we partner with them to reshape the way corporate learning is designed, delivered, and scaled.
As a Learning Consultant, you’ll help customers maximize their collaborative learning platform through content strategy, adoption, and best practices. Partnering with Solution Deployment Managers during the onboarding, you’ll lead workshops and consulting projects. Beyond onboarding, you’ll guide solution add-ons to drive smooth launches, strong engagement, and lasting impact; empowering clients to build sustainable learning success.
Your impact will be evaluated through customer satisfaction and feedback, achievement of project milestones and deadlines, and long-term client retention and adoption of our solutions.
Within 1 month, you will- Complete our onboarding program and become proficient in the tools that drive our projects (Trello, Salesforce, Monday.com) and our Convexity culture
- Gain a strong understanding of how the Business Team (Customer Success team and Professional Services team) collaborates to ensure customer success
- Deeply learn our product and service offerings, enabling you to speak confidently with customers
- Connect with colleagues worldwide through virtual coffee chats and team-building activities
- Shadow ongoing projects to observe best practices and understand our consulting approach
- Host your first customer workshops and receive constructive feedback from peers to sharpen your delivery skills
- Begin managing your first implementation and consulting projects, taking ownership with the support of your coach
- Define your quarterly priorities in alignment with the Professional Services Team’s objectives
- Contribute to our internal knowledge base in Confluence and Trello, sharing resources and insights that help the Learning Consultant (LC) team scale effectively
- Take the lead on more complex workshops and consulting projects, demonstrating autonomy and expertise
- Prepare your first difficult or high-stakes workshops with Enterprise customers
- Master advanced platform features and solutions to provide deeper value to customers
- Participate in regular discovery sessions with Product Managers, sharing customer insights to shape future features
- Support pre-sales activities for large prospects by showcasing the type of expert guidance LCs provide
- Develop scripts, frameworks, and educational resources for new services delivered by the LC team
- Represent the team as a subject-matter expert by speaking at marketing webinars on digital learning
- Mentor and onboard at least one new Learning Consultant, sharing your expertise to strengthen the team
- Proven experience (3+ years) in managing learning & development projects, leading client engagements, or a strong track record in client-facing roles within SaaS or customer success
- You are recognized for your listening and teaching skills
- You express your ideas in a clear and concise manner, both in writing and orally
- You are proactive and prefer working in a strong results-oriented culture
- You are curious and have a strong appetite for digital tools and processes
- You are fluent in French and English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent and comfortable switching between them in professional contexts
- Proficiency in German is a significant advantage
