Responsibilities:

• Write annual media plans and proposals, write more in-depth press releases, control the direction of the media list, and be able to independently plan and execute media activities.
• Make good PR communication planning and write communication content calendars.
• Good media & KOL relationships and rich media resources, and also with good negotiation capabilities.
• Organize and manage the medias of the entire project, not limited in tech media field.
• Overall media budget control and contract formulation.
• Negotiate with media suppliers and review and evaluate.
• Organize the product launch event and responsible for the PR share of Voice Target.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in PR, Communication, Marketing, PR, etc.
• +5 years experience in the PR area. Mobile industry is preferred.
• Fluent in English (The hiring process will be in English).
• Extensive knowledge of the public relations space.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams at the same time.
• Excellent copywriting skills.

OLEGISAR busca una persona comprometida y con experiencia en comunicación pública y relaciones con medios para liderar nuestras acciones de visibilidad, prensa y vocería. Si querés poner tu voz y tus habilidades al servicio de la transparencia y las políticas públicas de la Ciudad, esta oportunidad es para vos.

Qué vas a hacer (responsabilidades principales)

• Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de comunicación y relaciones con medios de OLEGISAR.
• Redactar y coordinar comunicados de prensa, notas de prensa y piezas informativas.
• Mantener y ampliar la base de contactos en medios (periodistas, editoriales, plataformas digitales).
• Preparar y acompañar a portavoces en entrevistas y paneles; capacitar al equipo en mensajes clave.
• Gestionar convocatorias y ruedas de prensa, y coordinar la logística comunicacional de eventos.
• Monitorear repercusión mediática, elaborar clips de prensa y reportes de impacto.
• Apoyar en la gestión de crisis comunicacional y en la elaboración de declaraciones públicas.
• Colaborar con el equipo de contenido para adaptar mensajes a distintos formatos (redes, newsletters, prensa).

Requisitos (indispensables)

• Excelentes habilidades de redacción y comunicación oral.
• Experiencia gestionando relaciones con medios y coordinando entrevistas y eventos.
• Disponibilidad aproximada de 4–8 horas semanales; flexibilidad para asistir a reuniones o eventos presenciales en CABA.
• Actitud proactiva, orientada al trabajo en equipo y alineada con principios de transparencia y ética pública.

Deseable (no excluyente)

• Experiencia en comunicación sobre políticas públicas o en entornos de incidencia pública.
• Contactos en medios locales de CABA.
• Conocimientos básicos de diseño de piezas para redes (Canva u otra herramienta).
• Inglés intermedio/avanzado.
