The Project Electrical Engineer is responsible in the successful planning, design, cost estimation, fabrication, installation, overseeing implementation and documentation of all aspects of the identified electrical projects.

• Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposal in accordance to engineering principles.
• Engages project requester & stakeholders in gathering project requirements.
• Collaborate in the interpretation & establishment of the desired project outcome based on gathered requirement into a detailed plan that can be implemented by the project team.
• Oversees project implementation ensuring that execution is in accordance to design specifications & methodology, within scope, budget and schedule. Any deviation shall be immediately resolved and/or communicated to the project team and project sponsor/owner.
• Minimize project risks by identifying potential risks during design and implementation ensuring that preventive action plans are defined, communicated throughout the project cycle.
• Changes in the project scope affecting budget & schedule shall be communicated so that proper change request is managed.
• Ensure all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed for all work completed. Violation on safety protocols are documented & reported for proper handling.
• Ensures the quality of the project by defining it, committing to it, manage it, perform quality checking; control & correcting, focusing on the scope & requirements & document lessons earned throughout the project cycle.

We're seeking a Tier 2 Systems Engineer to join our team in Buenos Aires. In this role, you'll serve as the primary escalation point before Engineering, working directly with enterprise clients to resolve advanced technical challenges. You'll be responsible for end-to-end ticket ownership, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring our customers remain secure, stable, and productive. Expect to manage around 20 active tickets per day across a range of systems and environments.

What You'll Do

• Handle escalated issues involving Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange/O365, Remote Desktop/Terminal Services, and networking.
• Oversee identity, access, and email flow (policies, routing, filtering, archiving).
• Automate processes with PowerShell and contribute to documentation/runbooks.
• Provide support across cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure also considered).
• Partner with Tier 1 support, Product, and Engineering on escalations.
• Maintain clear ticket updates and documentation for all stakeholders.
• Guide junior engineers and model a culture of ownership and accountability

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or advanced technical support.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).
• Strong expertise with Windows administration, Active Directory, and Exchange/O365.
• Solid understanding of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, NAT, WAN.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, including scripting and automation.

Benefits

• Salary: USD $3,500-$4,500/month.
