En Fintech buscamos Regulatory & Operational Specialist para unirse al equipo de Operaciones. Este rol tiene un foco central en el armado y seguimiento de reportes regulatorios (como los requeridos por el BCRA u otras entidades en la región), así como en reportería interna que permita monitorear la performance operativa y detectar oportunidades de mejora. We are moving to a channel-first model and need a commercial owner to turn great unit economics into predictable reorders.

The Role
Own KeyWallet's indirect sales engine end-to-end. Design a credible partner programme, stand up clean wholesale terms, close an initial wave of high-quality distributors, and make reorders feel inevitable. This role reports to the COO or Head of Revenue and works tightly with Content, GTM, Finance, Ops and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Design the partner programme with clear tiers, disciplined margins, deal-registration rules, light certification and pragmatic MDF guidelines.
• Build wholesale terms covering MOQs, price ladders, INCOTERMS, payment schedules, warranty, RMA flows and VAT treatment.
• Source and qualify partners through focused outreach, structured diligence, clear acceptance criteria and early enablement sessions.
• Negotiate commercial agreements that protect price integrity, define performance thresholds and prevent channel conflict from day one.
• Produce the sell-in kit—one-page pitch, spec sheets, demo scripts, objection handling and a reseller enablement checklist.
• Enable partners at scale with onboarding, staff training, co-marketing calendars and quarterly business reviews that drive reorders.
• Coordinate the back office across Content for assets, Finance for pricing and DSO, Ops for inventory ETAs, and Legal for standard terms.
• Maintain a clean forecast with dashboards for units shipped, reorder cadence, returns %, stock health and margin performance.
• Enforce guardrails on discounts, exclusivity windows and partner tiering to keep incentives aligned and markets orderly.
• Leverage Penelope and BD for target lists, first-pass outreach and partner dossiers while keeping human judgement final.

• Channel or wholesale track record in fintech hardware, IoT, payments or adjacent categories (3–7+ years with closing responsibility).
• Commercial fluency across MOQs, margins, DSO, inventory turns and the levers that create reorder behaviour at sensible cost.
• Deal craftsmanship with a bias for simple contracts, measurable performance clauses and clean exclusivity mechanics.
• Enablement strength—capable of writing crisp sell-in materials and running trainings that translate into first orders quickly.

• INTERACTUAR CON LA MESA DE DINERO DE LOS BANCOS.
• ADMINISTRAR LA POSICION DE CERTIFICADOS DE PLAZO FIJO.
• REALIZAR PAGOS AL EXTERIOR.
• CONTROLAR Y APROBAR LEGAJOS DE PAGO A PROVEEDORES Y RENDICIONES DEL PERSONAL.
• ASEGURAR LA DISPONIBILIDAD DE FONDOS NECESARIA PARA AFRONTAR LAS EROGACIONES DIARIAS.
• LOGRAR MAYOR RENDIMIENTO DE LAS INVERSIONES EN PLAZO FIJO Y VENTA DE DOLARES.
• MANTENER EL CONTROL DE LA DISPONIBILIDAD DE FONDOS SEMANALES.
• CUMPLIR CON LOS REQUISITOS BANCARIOS NECESARIOS PARA ASEGURAR EL PAGO A PROVEEDORES DEL EXTERIOR.
• GARANTIZAR EL CUMPLIMIENTO FORMAL DE LAS NORMATIVAS DE CONFECCION INTERNAS.

En Retorna buscamos incorporar a una persona con pensamiento crítico, alta autonomía operativa y afinidad con el mundo fintech, que se sume como 
Manager de Compliance & Product Risk
.

El rol requiere experiencia previa en empresas fintechs, así como una comprensión sólida de productos financieros, cumplimiento normativo y automatización de procesos. Esta posición será clave para mantener altos estándares de prevención de riesgos, monitoreo regulatorio y cultura de cumplimiento desde una perspectiva ágil y tecnológica.

¿Cómo aportarás al equipo?

• Ejecutar procesos de Customer Due Diligence (CDD) y Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), con trazabilidad y enfoque de riesgo.
• Monitorear alertas generadas por motores de riesgo, listas de sanciones, perfiles PEP y otras señales relevantes.
• Analizar transacciones, segmentar riesgos por jurisdicción, volumen u origen de fondos, y participar en la elaboración de reportes sospechosos.
• Colaborar en el diseño de flujos automatizados de compliance (KYC, KYT, EDD) con foco en eficiencia y lógica de riesgo.
• Apoyar en el entrenamiento de modelos de scoring, detección de anomalías y generación de dashboards.
• Documentar políticas, instructivos y protocolos del área.
• Participar en iniciativas internas de cultura de cumplimiento y atender requerimientos de otras áreas sobre clientes o riesgos.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

• Nivel avanzado de inglés (reuniones con proveedores).
• Formación en Derecho o similar.
• Experiencia de al menos
  2 años en
  fintechs
  en roles de liderazgo, supervisando
  cumplimiento normativo, riesgos de productos y auditoría.
• Conocimiento sólido de normativas AML/FT, UAF, UBO, PEP, screening y estándares internacionales.
• Manejo de herramientas de automatización, visualización o IA aplicadas a compliance.
