In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP ABAP solutions with a focus on Customer Activity Repository (CAR) , ensuring seamless integration with SAP retail processes and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, improve performance, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
SAP ABAP + CAR Senior Consultant Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom SAP ABAP programs, enhancements, and reports.
- Implement and optimize SAP CAR functionalities to support retail business processes.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure integration between SAP CAR, SAP ERP, and other related systems.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Provide technical documentation and training to support team members and end-users.
- Stay updated on SAP ABAP and CAR best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Proven expertise with SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR).
- Strong understanding of SAP Retail processes.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills in a remote environment.
- Experience with SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
- Experience in multinational and multicultural teams.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 development.

Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced SAP ABAP + CAR Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP ABAP solutions with a focus on Customer Activity Repository (CAR) , ensuring seamless integration with SAP retail processes and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, improve performance, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
SAP ABAP + CAR Senior Consultant Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom SAP ABAP programs, enhancements, and reports.
- Implement and optimize SAP CAR functionalities to support retail business processes.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure integration between SAP CAR, SAP ERP, and other related systems.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Provide technical documentation and training to support team members and end-users.
- Stay updated on SAP ABAP and CAR best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Proven expertise with SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR).
- Strong understanding of SAP Retail processes.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills in a remote environment.
- Experience with SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
- Experience in multinational and multicultural teams.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
