Job Title: Google PPC Manager (LATAM)

Location: Remote

Engagement: Contractor

Experience: 2+ years in PPC for eCommerce

Hours: 9am - 5pm

Compensation: USD 20,000/p.a. (plus potential bonuses)

The Opportunity

We're looking for a talented and detail-obsessed Google PPC manager to join our remote team. You'll play a key role in managing and optimising paid search campaigns for a diverse portfolio of eCommerce clients. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves diving into data, experimenting with strategy, and finding smart ways to scale.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Launching, managing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, Video)
  • Conducting deep keyword and audience research
  • Building and maintaining product data feeds using our feed platform
  • Running structured A/B tests on ads, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies
  • Scaling campaigns based on performance data and ROI goals
  • Troubleshooting tracking issues and managing tag implementation
  • Collaborating with creative and strategy teams to align messaging and performance
  • Managing budgets, pacing, and daily account health
  • Ensuring compliance with Google Ads policies and ad approvals
  • Creating clear, insightful reports for internal and client use
  • Participating in internal strategy calls to provide PPC recommendations

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience running successful Google Ads campaigns (preferably for eCommerce)
  • Strong grasp of PPC strategy, bid management, and account structure
  • Proficient with Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Analytical mindset—you love turning data into actionable insights
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

  • Experience with feed platforms (e.g. DataFeedWatch)

The Role

What You’ll Bring To The Table

  • Proven experience managing and scaling multiple ad accounts across both Meta Ads and Google Ads. (If you haven’t done both, this isn’t the role for you.)
  • In depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads including campaign structuring, retargeting, audience building, and performance optimization.
  • Deep understanding of metrics and media math (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, MER, aMER).
  • Strong copywriting instincts for direct response advertising.
  • Comfort using data platforms (GA4, Meta Events Manager, Looker Studio) to analyze and visualize performance.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for forecasting, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • You are a problem solver and know how to take lead in situations that present any obstacle when it comes to execution.
  • Excellence in Geotargeting Campaign

Principales Responsabilidades: Relevamiento y mejora de implementaciones de herramientas de Marketing Digital y sus subproductos (Analytics 360, Ads, Facebook Ads) Generar proyectos que orienten al área hacia la automatización de procesos, con el objetivo de optimizar inversión y rendimiento de cada uno de los canales (SEM, Programmatic & Retargeting, Affiliates & Metasearchers, Social y Offline Media). Role Overview

Nuestro equipo de SalesOps está buscando un/a profesional con enfoque técnico para unirse como " Sales Specialist / Solution Architect ” en la vertical de Data & AI, para liderar los procesos de consultoría con clientes con el foco de entender, comprender y determinar los objetivos funcionales y no funcionales de los proyectos a ejecutarse.

Te desempeñarás como asesor/a, utilizando sólidas habilidades interpersonales, conocimiento funcional y/o técnico, conocimiento del producto de Google Cloud, obteniendo experiência en múltiples industrias e iniciativas super interesantes (¡y raras!)
Qué vas a hacer
Aprender sobre Google Cloud de la mano de nuestro equipo de SalesOps, ¡la posición no requiere experiência previa en el rol! (pero si experiência como ingeniero/a de Datos/IA)
Ser un trusted advisor para nuestros clientes y googlers.
Ayudar a los clientes a cumplir/superar constantemente los objetivos y las métricas, siempre pensando en definir los OKRs.
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los Gerentes de Proyecto, Técnicos y directamente con los clientes, proponiendo soluciones tecnológicas de arquitectura para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente.
Liderar el diseño de la solución a través del análisis/descubrimiento, diseño, documentación y configuración.
Recopilar las necesidades comerciales e impulsar la priorización de los requisitos.
Comprender el producto, la estrategia y la necesidad del cliente.
Diseñar soluciones y trabajar directamente con los clientes para cumplir con sus requisitos comerciales de acuerdo con las mejores prácticas de Google Cloud.
Tener capacidad para a futuro dirigir equipos con visión de producto y de negocio.
Guiar y asesorar al Cliente durante la ejecución del Proyecto.
Generar comentarios positivos de los equipos internos y el liderazgo.

**Requisitos**:
Estudiante avanzado o graduado de carrera de grado Ingeniería Industrial Sistemas, Informática o a fines.
Experiência previa en rol de Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Data Scientist o ML Engineer.
Tener un pensamiento crítico, una visión creativa y capacidad de elaborar soluciones/sistemas a problemas complejos e inusuales.
Buen razonamiento lógico y capacidad de síntesis, buena comunicación y compromiso con los resultados del trabajo.
Conocimiento en lógica de programación, conceptos de base de datos son deseables.
Fuertas habilidades comunicacionales, estarás escribiendo documentación de alcance/arquitectura/plan de trabajo (SoW) así como preparando presentaciones. Conocimiento de Python, Bash u otros lenguajes de programación como Java, Go (excluyente) Conocimientos de SQL, NoSQL (excluyente) Conocimientos de base de datos relaciones y no relaciones (excluyente). Nível intermedio de inglés (excluyente). Experiência construyendo pipelines de datos de tipo ETL o ELT (excluyente). Experiência trabajando con API RESTful y/o GraphQL (deseable) Experiência con trabajo con Docker y microservicios (deseable). Experiência construyendo pipelines en ciencia de datos y construcción de modelos de IA (deseable). Experiência con herramientas de orquestamiento como Apache Airflow (deseable). Experiência construyendo y desplegando data pipelines en plataformas cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc) (deseable)
