Responsibilities- Planificar, dirigir y coordinar las funciones administrativas de la empresa.
- Supervisar el reclutamiento, selección y capacitación de personal, desarrollar talentos, gestionar la comunicación interna, evaluar el rendimiento del trabajo en equipo, gestionar planes de compensación y generar iniciativas de cultura organizacional.
- Gestionar y dirigir todo el proceso de búsqueda y selección de personal.
- Ingreso y capacitación al personal contratado.
- Llevar a cabo en forma personal los procesos de selección de gerentes claves de la empresa.
- Revisar permanentemente la Política de RRHH de la empresa.
- Realizar reportes constantes acerca del clima laboral en las diferentes oficinas a nivel mundial, y definir acciones estratégicas de mejora.
- Asistir al Director Ejecutivo en la Revisión y mejora permanente de la Organización Operacional de la Empresa.
- Llevar a cabo la evaluación semestral de performance.
- Grado académico con estudios de tercer nivel en áreas afines como Relaciones Industriales, Psicología y Administración de RH.
