Responsabilidades- Definir, mantener y actualizar procedimientos, lineamientos y estándares de aseguramiento de la calidad;
- Coordinar y supervisar la elaboración y ejecución de planes de aseguramiento de calidad, evaluando riesgos tecnológicos y regulatorios, y proponiendo medidas de mitigación.
- Documentar y proponer mejoras en procesos;
- Recopilar, analizar y reportar métricas y KPIs de calidad;
- Asistir en auditorías internas y externas, garantizando evidencia documentada y planes de mejora continua;
- Conocimientos en normativas regulatorias del BCRA;
- Experiencia en la definición, implementación o mejora de procesos del CVD;
- Experiencia en documentación y estandarización de fases del ciclo de vida de SW;
- Experiencia en evaluación o mejora de modelos de madurez de proceso;
- Experiencia en ejecución o diseño de planes de aseguramiento de calidad para proyectos o mantenimientos de software;
- Graduado/a de carreras afines a Ingeniería de Sistemas;
- Experiencia en procesos y áreas de SW;

Job DescriptionAs a System Integration Engineer, your mission will be to contribute to the transformation and continuous evolution of the platforms that supports the CIB Regulatory and Compliance domain.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Work on the technical design and implementation for application integration in the Trade Finance Anti Money Laundering area, following the principles of C&IB architecture.
- Main tasks related to online integration (services called via API or connected through queues) of software components of the ecosystem used to run the AML pre-deal controls in the Trade Finance business.
- Propose software designs for applications or components applying agreed standards, patterns and tools. Ability to understand complex architectures with a wide range of technologies which need to talk each other.
- Actively work on software optimization and process efficiency.
- Disposition to do what it takes to ensure the team accomplishes its goals.
- Contributes towards technical requirements of all the products/features
- Understand the business logic so you can propose enhancements to the end-user areas.
- Collaborate in the design of online integration solutions to apply to the Transaction Monitoring and Screening products based on APIs, microservices, MQ and Kafka messaging.

- Manage recruitment life-cycle from search kick-off through closure to ensure “time to fill” goals are achieved.
- Develop, drive and manage strong business relationships with clients to ensure successful placements and guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Drive new business with existing customers and prospects and develop relationships with Korn/Ferry Executive Search by working with them to grow business with key customer accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients by providing superior care including clearly defining position requirements and recruiting process, timely updates on progress, interview preparation and debriefing.
- Responsible for prospecting potential new clients, maintaining outreach and client meeting goals weekly.
- Provide project updates to management, client contacts and stakeholders and escalate issues in a timely fashion.
- 5+ years of business experience
- 5+ years of experience in staffing business development with experience to include cold calling, developing search strategies and client/candidate management; or relevant industry experience.
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly learn about different business environments and cultures by asking the right questions.
- Consultative mindset and ability to anticipate client needs.
- Must be able to conduct in-depth interviews and evaluate candidate profiles.
- Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results.
- Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.

- Work on the technical design and implementation for application integration in the Trade Finance Anti Money Laundering area, following the principles of Santander C&IB architecture.
- Main tasks related to online integration (services called via API or connected through queues) of software components of the ecosystem used to run the AML pre-deal controls in the Trade Finance business.
- Propose software designs for applications or components applying agreed standards, patterns and tools. Ability to understand complex architectures with a wide range of technologies which need to talk each other.
- Actively work on software optimization and process efficiency.
- Disposition to do what it takes to ensure the team accomplishes its goals.
- Contributes towards technical requirements of all the products/features
- Understand the business logic so you can propose enhancements to the end-user areas.
- Collaborate in the design of online integration solutions to apply to the Transaction Monitoring and Screening products based on APIs, microservices, MQ and Kafka messaging.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
Languages:
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Fluent in Spanish appreciated.
Must Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Springboot framework software development
- Sound experience on distributed architectures, both synchronous (API REST) and asynchronous (Kafka, MQ).
- Security concepts knowledge related to OAuth2, SSL certificates
- Agile methodologies and tools: Jira, Confluence, GIT
Nice to have requirements:
- Technology knowledge: Python, ElasticSearch, WebServices (SOAP)

- Communication skills: ability to adequately address messages and level of detail to each level in the Organization
- Conflict resolution: Capacity to create an atmosphere of creative thinking adequately managing different views to produce consent solutions.
