Soporte Técnico IT Junior
en Olivos, para una importante empresa multinacional líder en tecnología e ingeniería.

Buscamos personas comprometidas, con vocación de servicio y experiencia en entornos corporativos formales que valoren la estabilidad, el orden y el trabajo en equipo.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Brindar soporte técnico a usuarios internos, gestionando incidentes y requerimientos mediante herramientas como ServiceNow o MyIT.
• Realizar mantenimiento y configuración de hardware y software.
• Gestionar inventario de dispositivos, licencias y recursos tecnológicos.
• Coordinar instalaciones y actualizaciones de sistemas operativos, software corporativo y herramientas de colaboración.
• Asegurar conectividad de red (LAN/WiFi/VPN) y resolver inconvenientes técnicos.
• Cumplir con los SLA establecidos en el seguimiento y cierre de tickets.
• Coordinar con proveedores externos la adquisición o reparación de equipamiento.
• Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua del área.

PERFIL BUSCADO:

• Experiencia previa en soporte técnico (mesa de ayuda, mantenimiento de equipos, resolución de incidencias).
• Conocimientos en herramientas como ServiceNow, MyIT, Active Directory, SAP, Office 365 y Windows.
• Buena organización, responsabilidad y foco en el cumplimiento de procesos internos.
• Excelente trato interpersonal y orientación al cliente interno.
• Nivel intermedio de inglés (oral y escrito).
• Resida en Zona Norte o aledañas a Olivos.
• Se valorará experiencia en compras IT y gestión de proveedores.
• Deseable: conocimientos básicos en redes, servidores y seguridad informática.

• Ejecutar estrategias de compra y colaborar en procesos de negociación de contratos con proveedores.
• Realizar análisis de mercado para identificar nuevos proveedores y oportunidades.
• Participar en procesos operativos de compras, cumpliendo con lineamientos de herramientas, procesos y compliance de compañías multinacionales (preferentemente de origen americano).
